MY GOD!! This is the best looking pizza I’ve seen IN A MINUTE!! Wow they loaded this thing with so much pepperoni. Couldn’t even see the other topping underneath. We got their 2 medium 2 topping and cheesy bread for 20$ upgraded to a large for $5 extra and man were we impressed. 10/10 service and even better food. Bonus tip: ask for it well done (:

Not happy at all this time around! They didn't put any crust toppings on the pizzas, I called after I placed my order and told them well done, that didnt happen. My son even picked up the pizza and it was still luke warm not fresh. The garden pizza wasnt even cooked all the way at all! I guess im done ordering from this particular marcos, because obviously they don't take pride in their cooking or customers. Will not let me post pictures for some reason. If someone knows how please tell me cause I have them

Ordered Marco's Pizza. Women shows up with wrong order. I explain that she is at the wrong address and this isn't my order. Women says she would be back with my order. An hour and a half after I originally ordered my pizza I call the restaurant and Women on the phone argues with me that it was delivered. Unprofessional behavior did not care at all that my order was messed up and took an hour and a half and still wasn't delivered. Going to Marco's off of lake mead for now on. I also asked for a refund she said no problem and hung up.

Excellent pizza. A more premium type of pizza with quality cheese. The Old World pepperoni is my favorite. If you set up an online account, they will email coupons. This is carryout only. It's in same plaza as the Chevron station.

Edit: went to flag the charge with AMEX, and it looks like they refunded about a half hour after the incident, after saying they would NOT refund. I still STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere.
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! When they mess up your order AND take an hour longer than estimated to deliver, they will not refund your money. THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE ONLINE REVIEW EVER.
Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 2 liter mountain dew and 2 sauces on the side. Estimated delivery was 4:46 PM. The app said out for delivery at about 4:40pm. Waited for the pizza for thirty minutes after it said out for delivery. I called at 5:10 and asked them if its still coming. They said it is out for delivery. The app, at 5:28pm said it has been delivered. We searched the front of our house. No pizza.
I called back, and they said she is just pulling up now. She handed the pizzas and a bag to us. The pizzas were barely warm at this point, they gave us a DIET mountain dew instead of regular mountain dew, and NEITHER of the sauces were with the order.
I called again, the girl on the phone was being extremely rude when i explained the situation. I said at this point, i would like a refund. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, then came back on the phone and said no refund but they would deliver the mountain dew and sauces. She asked if i wanted to talk to the manger, I said yes. She put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then someone on their end hung up the call.
My wife took the pizzas back, with the diet mountain dew. They tried saying we are trying to scam them and would not issue a refund. They called the police because she said she is not leaving without a refund. The police said they wish they could force them to issue a refund, because after she explained it to them, they agreed with her. Marcos then trespassed her.
Serious issues with this location. What the hell is going on? The manager or owners actions are surreal and bizarre.

The employees are rude and inflexible. They charge you $5 for delivery but the DO NOT count that $5 fee towards their $15 order minimum for delivery. I asked them to waive the minimum and they refused, saying "we aren't going to debate this". After that they said if I have a problem to come down to the store to "sort it out".

Looked at some of the reviews, found this response from the owner: Response from the owner 3 months ago 461 Degree heat for 5.64 minute. Thats exact heat of the oven for everything we cook except fresh salad , for which every employee wears gloves. You wouldn't know that , food must have been great because you are not concerned about it except demeaning employees
These issues are obviously a symptom of poor ownership.

For 11 years 8ve ordered from here , they never get my order right . The drivers don't have a clue, as to East or West . I tell them many times West , but they go East every time . Dumb as 7 boxes of rocks . By the time they find my apt the pizza is cold . Bad business .

Great staff. Every experience with their delivery people has been exceptional.
Ordered doordash but I use the gas station convenient store that this Marcos is connected to. Easy location to find & run in and out of next time if you prefer to not use delivery. You can pull right in front. Food arrived quickly & was warm. Tasted good that night but for leftovers the dough gets pretty tough so we cut the crust off before reheating in our oven next day. I'd say try to eat it same day. As far as the salad, same. Eat same day & check your lettuce. It us a big portion of salad/lettuce/veggies..but I did toss out some of the older wilted lettuce pieces. *so yes don't eat those brown ones :( the brownie was really tasty!! Gooey & rich choc taste) yes would order from here again. Maybe I'll try diff items tho. But was decent 7/10 ;)

I placed an on line order and realized I wanted to add another pizza so I called the store. Someone would answer and put me on hold. I called back 3 times for some rude male telling me the online pizza was on his way, which i knew was a lie. I told him to cancel my order completed. He says no problem and hangs up.
