Got the XLarge half and half pizza. The crust was good and it had lots of toppings, one side was only veggies and the was veggies with ground beef. Was good and tasted homemade. We enjoyed it. Will certainly try their deals this next time and order again. The only thing, it was a little pricey, $44 and and some change, $51, with a tip. Could try another time with coupons or deals?

I like the pizza here. The people are really nice but don't order mushrooms. If you like mushrooms, I forgot to ask. Some places like this place get their mushrooms in a bag full of water. That's why they're slimy they're not fresh. It was easy enough for me to pick the mushrooms off my small pizza but I have to remember if I go there don't order mushrooms again

I loved how Marcos always has great deals online and in person. The cashier's are always happy and give off a good vibe. The food is always great and the atmosphere is always alive. Id definitely recommend this Marcos. I've never been a pizza fan until I had Marcos. Great for the family and friend hang outside

This is the Worst Marcos location in Nevada. Poor service & horrible pizzas made that are NEVER consistent. Just disgusting.
Called the manager “Bianca” and I asked her to review the tapes on sho made this pizza & Why they would do this to our pizza, undercook it & add extra butter topping on crust along with triple the toppings that just made this thing go direct to the garbage after regretting tasting this concoction made this past weekend.
Rude employees & not trustworthy.

Ordered cinnamon squares which come with icing and was given dry cinnamon bread without icing. Paid $7 for something I threw away. For pizza ordered pepperoni extra cheese and certainly did not have extra cheese. Really poor experience from this location, the one in anthem is great. Pick a different place rather than waste your money.

Ordered on-line, had to call to see if they got my order. Lady told me if it don't come out of my bank they didn't receive it! Seen their add on tv, thought we'd give it a try! Never again. Was not a good experience.

No refunds or credits? Even with the entire return items in question? I Even tried to ask for a salad remake, but a woman talked me out of it since I didn't like the croutons she said the croutons would always be soggy due to the constantly new people each day. Why can't you refund or remake my items better? She's not allowed. Why wouldn't your staff be able to do this if the customer brought back the entire order, which was a delivery? I had to wait for the car so I could come back into the store.
There are so many reasons why they can't do it and none to make it right.
What The?

It's not the first order that was made poorly from this location, either.

Soggy, raw, cold deep dish dough, seriously long wait for delivery, and of course, they were busy, which resulted in an awful product. They did put a credit on my account when I called in tonask for a remake because they said they would send a driver out with a replacement then either.
I will never use this credit, however, or come back here.
Who would come back to this location when they were just explained how poorly trained everyone is and how the product will always he bad and how they won't remake it or credit it. Good job, Boulder Hwy Marco's.

And even if they weren't ALL (poorly trained) and they were ( just being rude girls), just think about that.

Pizza shouldn't be petty when it's as expensive as Marco's, and you can't get a remake or refund. I do feel bad for a business that can't build a solid team, though, if that's the real problem here.

I didn't even keep the food.
I never got a refund.
I won't use the previous credit from an unedible order for me and my daughter either.

Placed an order for the Mega meal online for in store pick up. When I went to go pick up my order they said they only had a one 1 topping pizza in the system. So I told them the situation and the employees tell me the system does that sometimes and it’s a know problem. So I ask if they could honor the deal because there’s no sense in paying 20$ for one 1 topping pizza when I could get 3x as much for the same price but they started to get aggressive and frustrated after I asked for a refund because they refused to give me the correct order or resolve the problem. At which point the manager on duty takes over and proceeds to tell me how I’m wrong and that just because they made the pizza they cant and won’t give me a refund. I wasn’t asking for any free food or even being mean to the employees so I was taken back by how hostile they were for such a simple problem. The whole situation is a big let down because I decided to try the pizza again for the first time in a while over a competitor across from the street. Now I have no pizza and no money for another one from Little Caesars because they refuse to give me a refund or the order. Had the employees kept a professional manner and attempted to resolve the situation by even giving me a napkin to wipe my tears away then I would’ve given them a second chance. I am unsure of the manger on duty’s name but they were having quite the time breathing on the phone and it was causing some concern. Attached is the order number and time.

We ordered a Marco's Pizza. We have used them for years. It was delivered to our home at Lake Las Vegas. Very lice delivery driver who did a great job.

Shame the pizza had almost NO TOPINGS! It was incredibly different from when we walk in to pick up our pizzas! For $30 it was mainly crust. For example, on an extra large pizza it had 2 to 3 very thin pieces of pepperoni and the same with the sausage. This is a false economy, as I won't be ordering to our home again due to the instant loss of consumer trust in the quality of the product!

You pay for an extra large, receive a large, with limited ingredients! A massive difference between ordering delivery or picking up in store!

Very poor Marco's! Considering we order 4 or 5 pizzas a month, this means Marco's list lost $200 a month from one consumer. Of course, if we tell our friends, the loss spreads. That is why you should always produce a reliable and consistent product!

We already submitted the feedback form last night. Tell us how you can make this right. You gave an apology but left this out of your reply. I can upload photos of the pizza to this review. This was a massive differential between what we normally receive and the dough with a few minor ingredients we received on Labor Day, a day when the family can finally get together and share some food!
