I (unfortunately) didn't even know there was a Marcos Pizza around the area and have been ordering from Pizza Hut for the past few years as I thought it was the closest pizza delivery place available. Glad I found them, now making it our family's go to. Absolutely amazing quality pizza, fresh and delicious at a fair price - the kids loved it. And I love the fact that they actually serve very decent portions for the ingredients (in fact, loaded), unlike Pizza Hut that nickel and dimes you to pay extra for what should be a normal portion of ingredients.

We love their pizza. The problem is that today was the third time we got the wrong order. They got an order for someone that has the similar order. Last time we went there they accused us of not paying and made us come all the way back and show our receipt. Today we even spoke with the manager and she kept arguing with us that is was our fault.

There are a few tables and a few seats along the window but the pizza here is off the charts and they make their own dough here unlike most places.Parking: Sometimes it's hard to find a space right near the restaurant but there are plenty just a short distance away further out in the parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Good ramps ground floor and easy to get in you could probably even sit at a wheelchair at one of the tables without any problems

I wrote this rave review about 9 months ago. This past week I was SHOCKED to experience such horrible treatment.....please read to the end to see what I experienced. Very SAD.(My PAST REVIEW) Conveniently located in Inspirada, this place is always friendly and offers specials. Our family favorite is the Large Pepperoni Magnifico for $9.99. The flavor and crust is amazing and it is the perfect size for 2 hungry adults! NO FAKE INGREDIENTS HERE!! You will NOT be disappointed at this location or this pizza! It's ready when they say its ready too! Never had to wait. Isually no more than a 15 minute pick up window! They will even give you paper plates, red pepper flakes; and parmesan cheese to take home if you ask! One word.....YUM!(SHOCKING PRESENT REVIEW)10/30/23I am a super loyal customer and love the Pepperoni Mag. Pizza. I order this several times a month! On this particular date, I was having family over, so I called to order 3 Pep Mag pizzas. They are 9.99 each on special. I was told that they were on special for that price, but I would have to order them online. I was told if I had trouble online, to call back, and someone would help me. FYI, online never seems to work for me, but I said I would try ordering online. ***In the past, manager or assistant (someone named Hailey) had to help me when the online didn't work. I always got my favorite pizza special for 9.99. This time when I called the store back, to say the online wasn't working, I was pretty much told "too bad. Sorry." I was told if I wanted to order it by phone it would be SIXTY some odd dollars for the 3 pizzas I usually get for 9.99 each. I WAS SHOCKED! I asked to speak with Hailey or the manager. I was always able to get help over the phone. I was told Haily said she is NOT helping over the phone anymore and she will NOT make any exceptions. THIS WAS EVEN MORE SHOCKING TO HEAR. So, I made my family a big pot of spaghetti insted of pizza that night, and all was good. UNFORTUNATELY, Marco's pizza dosen't value me or my family as loyal customers so..... I will find another place with good pizza that WILL. I'm not going to spend my hard earned $$$ as a loyal customer to be treated like "you know what". It' about the principle of this whole thing with me! So disappointed. I hope they treat you better if you decide to order from this location.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is delicious!Parking: Not a lot of parking but can always seem to finf someplace to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Can fit a wheelchair.

2-stars for extremely variable food and okay service. Ambiance is unprofessional. The online ordering system needs work. I frequented this place when it first opened and I must admit that we sort of liked the pizza. It had more flaws over time (soggy crust, bland tomato sauce, off flavors especially in the cheese sprinkles they put on the pizza and the greasy sauce they spread on the crust) but at least the pizza quality wasn't variable. We knew what we were getting each time we ordered. That changed over time with improperly prepared (missing ingredients) and undercooked pizza. Discussing this with staff neither brought about any change nor did they attempt to make things right. But they did make excuses, however. The website and the app are terrible. It is unnecessarily complicated and does not allow customizations of all the ingredients. For example: I was unable to remove the Romesano cheese sprinkles from my pizza orders.The worst though was being at the counter when Management berated staff. In one instance the staff member, a younger gal, seemed visibly sick and the manager/owner lady displayed little compassion or apparent professionalism. There's probably more to the story but I, as a customer, didn't need to hear any of it. Don't they have a back office at this location?Needless to say, I haven't been back. Sorry, to all the Marco's out there but more training is needed and I'll get my "Pizza fix" elsewhere.
