I wish the owner and management would solicit a secret shopper to get an unbiased opinion of their service. I can not go to this store anymore based on the poorest customer service, and slowest service; the two are consistent. Where is management, and why is an iconic restaurant allowed to be so lousy?

Probably the BEST McDonald's in Las Vegas! I've been here for 8 years, I have worked at almost every corner of Vegas and ate at least once at each location because of convenience. The only reason I'm giving a 4 Star because I need to stop "swinging by" here often whenever the kids are hungry 🤦🏾♂️🤣😭

I'm not sure I walked into a McDonalds or a Maroon 5 concert. Everyone was yelling ( workers, customers) because the music playing was so loud it hurt your ears. Don't remember much about the food cause I ate as fast as I could to escape the noise. Instead of leaving with good vibes. I left with a headache.

Slow service (25+ minutes) Forgot the cheese on the Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Missing fries etc... Same slow service the week before and the week before that! Moving on! Staff is working hard; they've just been "messing" up lately. I just want one like you see on the ordering screen please!

Awful late night crew. Waited 15 min for a meal. Finally came and fries were cold and limp, two cheeseburgers barely wrapped and thrown into bag, no napkins. The cheeseburgers were not made with quality or care at all. Both burgers were not fresh and one tasted fishy. What the heck were the people doing to make me and the others behind me wait so long??? I will just drive down the road to the McDonalds on St. Rose and Eastern where the food and service are great.

Their service is SO SLOW!!! Normally, I wait around 5 minutes for my usual order, but on this location, I waited 25 freakin minutes for my order. RIDICULOUS!!!

The management is terrible and they blame everything on the poor teens they are overworking. The manager Ian is very passive aggressive and rude, same with most of the managers, a majority of the staff is very zesty and the food is never made correctly. I feel bad for the young people who are working here they must be so stressed smh. Do better

Ordered 6 MINI Oreo McFlurrys. Because they were out of “mini” cups they could only charge me for large mcflurries. Doubling the cost of my order. They wouldn’t dispense the mini amount into another cup and charge me the mini price. Poor service. Would NOT recommend them.

I have been to the store four times now randomly over the last year and have never received one order from the place. It’s either closed or the system is down or no one answers the speaker. January 17, 2025, 3:50 AM not get any food again after driving all the way to the only 24 hour McDonald’s around here.

So expensive and food is not good. Never get order correctly for example today ordered big Mac meal for $13 with no cheese. Got home and cheese on it. So frustrating and not seldom occurrence
