Worst McDonald's in Vegas they always forgot one important thing in my order. I comeby regularly I notice they keep forgeting my son apple juice in his happy meal so this time I make sure my son will get it but ya get his but now the McDonald's land collectable is missing again and again there is always something they missing. Costumers pay for those collectable and these employees cannot focus and put everything that you order without missing a thing. If they are not happy and focus on thier job get out and let the people who can do their job properly take over. McDonald's areas are not close enough to go back on something they supposed to have in the first place this is soo anoying and frustrating 😑 😤

Went through the drive thru, made the mistake of leaving without checking to see if all food was given. Noticed we were missing a happy meal. Parked, went in to ask for the missing happy meal. Overheard manager say I was trying to get a free happy meal, the lady came back and asked me if I got the meal. I told her she could come check my car if she wanted as she was the one who handed me my meal less than 2 minutes of me going back in. She was nice and understood the situation. The managers in the back who were openly communicating about a customer trying to get free food was extremely unprofessional and truly shows a lack of empathy in their management at this location.

Went to the drive thru at 615am on a Sunday. I had to wait because they were still making the hash browns. When my order was given, I had to check to make sure everything I ordered was there. Again, the hash browns were missing. I always check my order because 2 out of 3 times it’s incomplete. I had to knock on the drive thru window to get the hash browns. The lady, she said her name was Marie was probably one of the rudest customer service attendant I’ve encountered.

Received hot fudge sundae as a total mess. Luckily, my bf drove while I held it, with sticky fudge and ice cream dripping all over my hands and his car. The lid should have been properly closed, instead of just laying on top. I can't imagine if a lone customer had to drive with it in the cupholder or with one hand. Bf didn't want to say anything probably because he wasn't the one dealing with the mess; but this was completely unacceptable.

Order clearly stated I wanted 3 ranch cups, got 2 ranch and 1 sweet and sour. Fries were soggy and the chicken nuggets were like rubber don’t waste your time going here it’s a joke. I mean seriously how are they so greedy with ranch? It’s like the employees get paid based on how many ranch cups are saved at the end of the shift, and definitely not based on how good the food is.

I see Ronald is the boss cause this place is a clown show waiting in line at the drive-through. I’m there first they take two people left me before they even take my order.
Took my father there for something quick after Dr appointment. Drive thru moved pretty quickly. Girl at window, I think her name was Brooklyn, had to be one of the nicest employees to deal with. Mcdonalds needs more people like her working there to provide exceptional service with a smile.

This is another standard McDonald’s restaurant and layout, you might find anywhere in the country. The restaurant has plenty of free parking, drive-thru and a dine-in area. There is no playground at this location. The restaurant was very well-maintained, clean, including the restrooms at the time of our visit (early morning). We did not have to use the automated machines to order since a staff member took our order directly at the counter, which we still like over the kiosk machines. The breakfast order was prepared and served hot and in a timely manner and the staff seemed to be very aloof, but not rude, just not overly friendly or cheerful.
