The staff at 601 N Stephanie in Henderson NV was snotty and awful and even though it was the staff's screw up not only did the manager refuse to do anything to fix the screw up (we ordered two DQPs one was a blt the normal DQP was a single and the girl only rang us up for a single even though when she read back the order she said double) and didn't bother to even so much as apologize. The service at this McDonald's is always great and very fast! Mary, is one of the workers there who always gives excellent customer service. She was at the front counter yesterday, not at the window this time, and she remembered me from the day I drove thru. You can't get any better than that!! Good job Mary!!!
Disaster, they can’t get right any order whatsoever, asked for bacon McMuffin I got sausage . After 25 min wait .
