Went through the drive through and the order taker was really nice. Then went to second window and the female , who had her badge covered was rude and had an attitude. Will not be footnote to this location and it's 2 minutes from my home.

Today, March 1, I went to that store but I will never return. What a disappointment in service, starting with that Manager lady called Edith because I found out her name, what a lady who is so rude and arrogant with everyone and what bad service they provide in that store where everything was very dirty. I can't imagine the food. It's disgusting. I don't recommend it at all. I will never return to that place.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The first time I got my order, I waited in an extremely long line, only for my food to still be cold when I finally received it. On top of that, my fries were redropped, making them hard on the outside. I called the manager, Lisa, the GM, and she assured me that they would remake my order.

When I went back, they still got it wrong. I specifically asked for no onions, yet they added onions. There was no tomato or pickle, even though I had asked for extra pickles. Meanwhile, the employees were playing around at the window instead of focusing on getting orders right. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back.

The manger was so Rude and bacon is not even a Bacon. She also forgot to put my bacon inside my bag I had to go back in to get it . I WILL NEVER VISIT

Curbside service and drive-thru have inconsistent times. Some days are very slow and other days very fast. If you come in a rush hour, it will likely take more than 5 minutes to get your food in the drive thru. If you ordered curbside and it's during a rush, expect to wait 10-20 mins. Not bashing the order takers and team members who deliver curbside because they tend to be friendly and polite. I have had a few orders where items were missing, and it was quite frustrating. What needs to be done is management needs to control the flow of orders, get everyone properly trained on how to be ready for rushes, and potentially hire more people. This seems to be either a staffing and labor issue or team members are overwhelmed and not properly prepped. I have run a restaurant before and I know how difficult rushes can be. So please work on this and don't take my criticism as "hating." The effort needs to come from the GM down to make rushes go smoothly.

DO NOT EAT AT ANY MCDONALDS LOCATIONS! THEY ARE ALL DIRTY AND HAVE NO CARE FOR THERE OWN ENVIRONMENT. IF I CAN LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! EATING AT MCDONALDS GAVE ME A VIRUS, NO MATTER WHICH ONE IT WAS, I TRULY BELIVE THEY ARE ALL THE WORST EVER. PERIOD.

Terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru at 1pm. The person that took my order had no customer service skills, neither did the girl at the first window. The girl that passed me my food at the second window was by far the worst. No greeting or smile, I say hello and thank you, have a great day and she didn’t speak back. And my fries are cold
