I just went through the drive thru with my girlfriend after driving from Los Angeles just to get over charged from someone that clearly wasn’t awake or was high on drugs in the morning, women working the window in the morning with the dyed purple hair decided to up charge me the first time and when she was corrected it was still incorrect when coming home checking the receipt. Super frustrating that you can’t seem to do your job right when you’re only inputting my meal. Buy 1 get 1 free doesn’t mean to charge me for both women. Please get more training! I’m not comin here again

The folks who work early in the morning are awesome - it is a bummer that management won't schedule enough people before 7am to be able to have customers spend less that 15 minutes waiting for their order. Again, not the workers fault that they are not staffed properly early in the morning. Also, beware, this location is typically $3 more per meal than other locations in town.

This location is very disappointing. I stood at the register for 10 min before someone actually came to the front to take our order. The kiosk were down and said cash only so we had to go to counter. The crew was avoiding eye contact to not help. Trash cans were overflowing.

By far the worst location in Vegas. They charge more than other location in town, don't have the latest deals, and my god the service. Wanna be called slurs? Great! Then go here. They need to be shut down or sold, cuz owner has no clue what they're doing.

This Mcdonalds is the absolute worst one to ever go to at night. Absolutely awful. 20min. for a curbside pickup and the order had the chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce instead of the special edition sauce. So damn spicy I cannot eat it. I specially avoid spicy foods for a reason. Every single time I pick up an order here it's wrong. For as expensive as your it's getting it should be at least correct.

The Google ad says open 24 hours, the website says the lobby opens at 4am, the sticker on the door says 5am. I arrived at 5:20, having walked 2.5 miles to McDonalds The guy inside ignored me for probably 30 minutes, and when one worker went off the clock she looked at me and headed out the other door. I finally called a Lyft and went to a different McDonlads.
I get they may be shorthanded, but why can't McDonalds put the correct hours on its own website and its own doors? If not that, why can't they put a hand written sign on the door?
This McDonalds on Stephanie and Sunset is worse then any other McD's I've been to. I have been to training centers that do better than these people. Talk about courtesy, most of the time all you get is attitude. You have to basically demand to talk to the Manager or they drag their feet and you'll be leaving saying to yourself I'll call tomorrow only to have the phone ring until someone picks it up and hangs up in less then a second. If you ever have a problem, Email Corporate and someone will get back with you and resolve the issue.
Always get order wrong!!!!! If I could give this place no stars I would.i tried it again and fries cold and all I ordered was fries!!! OMG
DISCLAIMER BEFORE EATING HERE: I have been to the closest McDonald’s location and the fries is low quality and made me want to choke when I eat it. I am never eating here ever again! 🤢🤢🤮🤮🍟

Been a loyal customer to this restaurant and even worked here a couple of years back. Tonight 3/9/2025, I was sitting at the booth next to the bathroom. The tall old black maintenance worker who works at night , comes up to me and tells me to go to my assigned booth by the door. I told him that a couple was sitting there before he came in so I sat at the booth by the bathroom. After trying to explain that to him, he walked away. I was grabbing my charger out the wall so I could move and he starts to harass me and starts rushing me to move to my "assigned booth " by the door. I didn't know McDonald's had assigned seating. I get up to move, and he threatens to call the police because I didn't like him being disrespectful and tried communicating that to him. I told him not to rush me repeatedly and asked him if he could be more respectful. The lobby and bathroom is usually 9/10 dirty when he works and he's usually outside smoking weed not cleaning the lobby. He talks crap about customers in the parking lot all the time.
One time I was sitting in my "assigned booth" waiting for my phone to finish charging 20 minutes to close. Usually it isn't an issue with me staying 20 minutes before close but he started rushing me to leave so he could clean the lobby. I start grabbing my things and my drinks and he manhandles them out of my hands and throws them to the floor. I'm not the only customer who has dealt with him being disrespectful and he shouldn't be working if he is treating customers like they aren't human beings.
Made me pull over and then the car behind me got their food several minutes before I did …had to wait over 5 minutes for a simple order when there was no line in drive thru and the restaurant isn’t busy

Received undercooked fries, burgers were very light on onion, and only one small pickle each.

Never order a large fry. The last 3 times I've gone I get half a scoop vs when I get a medium and it's literally filled
