I wish I could leave 0 stars. I am mortified with the employees behavior at this location. My husband, our kids and I came through the drive through this evening after a long day because we didn't feel like cooking. We had an EXTREMELY simple order but they still messed my food up. They forgot the pickles and onions on my burgers...okay no problem my husband went back through to get it made correctly. Well they were VERY offended that he came back to get the food corrected because look at how they made my food!!! No, my order did not ask for extra pickles nor extra onions. This was a passive aggressive or maybe just aggressive response from them. At this point i'm boiling so I call and ask to speak to a manager. He really doesn't do much except say if we come back for a THIRD TIME they will make the food right or give us a refund. HA! We will not be returning. Thanks Riccardo and the rest of the team. You all obviously hate your lives so maybe if you're reading this take my advice: I used to hate my job too and it made me a bitter person when I was younger. But one day I decided to stop being the victim of my circumstances and got up and found a job that I love and leaves me feeling fulfilled. Please do everyone a huge favor and quit because you obviously aren't cut out for customer service.

I love McDonald’s hot caramel mochas. I have been ordering from this location and the quality and taste of my mochas have been consistent. It’s actually better than Starbucks! This is coming from a Starbucks customer.

This is a decent place but the food quality isn't always the best and the service is hit or miss and it's gone up in price but down in quality over the last 5 years. But this can be said for the vast majority of fast foods as their staffs are typically overworked and underpaid or just flat out under staffed because they're overworked underpaid and don't want to work there not sure how that equates to them raising prices of food but things that used to be far more affordable are now far more expensive I haven't gone to McDonald's very often over the last couple years because of these reasons This is one of the better McDonald's but it's still not a great experience.

Be weary of ordering Grubhub or any other food delivery service from this location. Completely incompetent staff that can't even get an order correct. Half of the time, items are missing, and the drivers can't do anything about it because it's up to McDonald's staff to make sure they're giving your full order to the drivers. It's a simple task, look at the order ticket and verify you're giving the right order to a driver otherwise your customers end up paying more in fees than the actual food they ordered. This is ridiculous and should be addressed - either hire competent staff or manager, who is clearly also incompetent and can't properly manage the staff.

Third try and they put cheese.on my bigmac, realized I ordered it with no cheese, and instead of remaking the sandwich tried to pick the cheese off leaving over half a slice. Like I get it is new and the employees are still learning but I still shouldn't have a bad experience every time I try to go there.

I received the most disgusting double cheeseburger ever and it's inedible. And then when I tried to call to request a refund they don't answer the phone. Also, while we were at the window where you pay, we noticed the gentleman getting really irritated talking to a drive-through customer.

We went as a group of 4. Three of us had cheeseburgers and one had nuggets and a Big Mac. The three of us that had regular burgers for stomach cramps about 5 mins after eating and ended up with diarrhea.The location must be for training. It's been open a year or more but everyone there is new. When we went there were very young people working that day and they had the music up so loud it was like being at a bar. We couldn't hear each other very well.
