Worst McDonald's in the Valley. Poor management here. The focus is on drive thru with inside orders being chaotic. I was inside for breakfast watching people wait for half and hour. The front lady too old for the chaos and speed needed. Bad manager

I saw the line in drive thru, so I went inside and placed my order at the kiosk. Paid at the kiosk, but wait! No receipt. 👎🏽 One or two people in front of me waiting for food as well. So I guess it's 20 minutes to get food even if you don't go to the drive thru. So how is that convenient? Or even fast at this point. And don't even think about special orders, someone ordered a big Mac extra meat and they had made the wrong burger. My fries were supposed to be unsalted, failed. The violations of company policies I witnessed, I won't be visiting this location unless it was to dump trash

Was just there around 6:30 ish PM. It wasn’t busy (although that’s no excuse either). Ordered a McChicken meal and received it like this missing pickles and the other half of my bun … Do better!!! And thanks for saving me from the extra carbs I guess🥴.

Went to pick up food before work AFTER I ORDERED ON THE APP. WAS IGNORED FOR FIVE MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU AND WHEN I DECIDED TO JUST GO INSIDE WAS IGNORED FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES AND AFTER I ASKED FOR MY FOOD SHE POINTED AT THE PEOPLE WHO CAME IN AFTER ME AND SAID THEY ARE FIRST NO THEY ARE NOT. AND WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED A REFUND THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND IGNORED ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK THE LINE SAID BUSY. IDK WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION BUT ITS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NOW

It's really annoying when you make the drive for the convience and time to go through drive thru and things are forgotten. Make sure you check your bag before leaving the drive thru, otherwise you'll pay extra for sauces or food and they aren't in there. I don't think it's that difficult to verify items in the bag before handing it to the customer. Good luck trying to call because they usually let the phone just ring ring ring, you may have to call multiple times before you actually get an answer.

I stopped by at 12:35 and it was very busy. You would think during prime time lunch, you could get food that reasonably fresh. I ordered on the app as I walked in the door. Waited about 5 mins, they called my name and immediately handed me the bag. I pulled out a strip as I was backing out. It wasn't remotely warm! I took a bite from 2 of them to see there was any difference and tgem trew them out. Absolutely the worst Chicken strips I've ever received! Will not ever stop by this location again!

Look, the workers are generally great, but countless times we come here we wait so long for our orders and majority of the times they are messed up or forgetting stuff :( went today and waited in line with everyone for probably 20 minutes or so. Then when we finally got the food, we asked the lady if the extra stuff we requested was in the bag and she just said “yes”. Looked in the bag ourselves and nothing there :( I do feel bad if they’re overwhelmed but I do wish they would at least go that slight extra mile to try.
Update: literally several more times coming after and it’s the same thing. Orders wrong, and sadly, never the extra sauce we ask for. No one bothers checking orders properly, it makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing this location :(

This McDonald’s used to be a well ran establishment but the employees are thoroughly bad at just about everything. Service is mid at best, order accuracy is atrocious, and the personal skills of the workers lacks all around. I’ve order a burger and been given a chicken wrap…not sure how you mix that up. If it’s not an uber eats order, they don’t care.

Rude employees. I’ve come here multiple times to pickup orders and each time I’ve been ignored until I finally basically have to yell into the kitchen asking if they have my order. Slowest McDonald’s in the city.

This is probably the worst McDonald's in Henderson. Zero customer service skills from managers all the way down. The only reason this location stays in business is solely from it being the only one available on this side of town.
