I ordered McDonald’s last night through uber eats at around 10pm last night, was taking way longer than usual then the driver messaged me saying that someone picked up the order and they are refusing to make it. I tried to call this location to tell them that I am telling them personally I have not received my order, you let someone random take it; the phone line was off. 3 drivers later I finally figured out the uber eats customer service number and called them and they cancelled the order for me(bless) and I reordered. The same driver that took my first order originally told me that McDonald’s told her I came and picked up my order myself. I certainly did NOT do that. I didn’t leave my house and I have cameras EVERYWHERE all over my house to prove that. That is embarrassing that you refuse to remake an order YOU let someone steal. that isn’t my fault. That is YOUR fault. My son fell asleep cause the order took so long to receive. I finally received my order at 11:30. Shame on you guys

I really like the employees at this location. So many nice ones. Standard McDonald's fare, so no change there. The layout of the parking lot can be frustrating at times, but they've done what they can with that too.

Went to the drive thru since the lobby was closed and was told to wait on the side of the building and waited for 10 to 15 min for my order and food gets beought out to cars that are also waiting and the worker hands the good to the cars and one person gets out of there car and clearly states that that wasn't her order after checking and opening and just going threw it and the worker takes it back come to my car and hands me the bag of food after verifying thats it was my order and walked away after saying sorry before i could get a word out. Would not recommend

This location is good, they never get my orders wrong, and I never have issues with orders. 2 issues I have though..Night staff are very rude and scream about how bad everything is literally everytime I'm going in during night shift. They slam stuff, yell in the back, and have no drive, I've done fast food I get it, but don't work the job if you can't take it. I stopped ordering at night now cause I walk in, it's a train wreck, so i just walk out. 2nd, where's the frappes? I've checked almost everyday for months and they still aren't back? Morning? Nope. Day? Nope. Night? Nope. I know it's not a supply issue because I've had 2 made for me while it says they were off the menu, because of some issues with an order. Stop being lazy, please, or find better staff, because this never used to be an issue.

The restaurant asked me to park for two me to receive food from the drive thru. That was at 1:26 p.m. it is now 1:45 p.m. and just received food. McDonald's should be ashamed as a corporation that this franchise is in business. I will never go to another McDs again unless I receive an apology for this absurd service. The manger and staff are pathetic.

Typical McDonald's, clean lobby, clean restrooms this trip
i ordered the $5 meal. the meal include a mcchicken or a mcdouble,fries, 4 piece chickens nuggets a drink. i asked for a dr pepper as my drink and a hot n spicy mchicken. everything is going good, then they literally did NOT give me my drink and then they didn’t give me my mchicken, they gave me a mcdouble!!! I specifically said to the person attending me “HOT AND SPICY mc chicken.” . i’m so utterly upset. also, they rarely ever give you your sauce. don’t come here if you want to be disappointed

Please be patient and remember the staff are not allowed to show any emotion at any point. Especially no smiling. It’s also mandatory to smoke something very strong before starting their shift.
No running or walking allowed at all. All staff must have both feet touching the ground at all times.
Took 27 minutes to get a decaf coffee and a McChicken.

First, I want to acknowledge that if I were reading this reveiw, I would think it was exaggerated, but it's not. Went through the drive-thru tonight, they made us pull around to the front after we paid, although I don't understand why, as NOTHING we received was fresh, or hot. Our burgers were overcooked and cold. Our fries were stale. The six piece McNuggets only had five Mcnuggets, and they tasted like old grease. How could one place mess up this many things on a single order?
