In my experience, the employees are friendly and nice. But they need to take the time to make the food fresh and hot. Because I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and medium fries through the drive thru yesterday around 5:00pm. And I can say that it was not hot or fresh, and that it was most likely ready made and taken from a warmer or whatever you call it. Anyways I recommend anyone who wants fresh and hot food. Are better off going to Wendy's, Fat Burger, or In & Out Burger for example's. But anyways I well say in my experience that the McDonald's over on Stephanie Street and Sunset Road does a better job of presenting hot and fresh food.

Been in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Only started 4 cars deep.. but still haven't ordered. We did see 4 employees leave after the first 10 min waiting.... I think this is going to be at least a 45 minute drive thru experience. Can't imagine, even if only one employee working.. it could be this sloooow. Valle Verde location. Got in line at 801.. now 826. Still not at order window, bit cars behind. Completely stuck. 6 yr old that has school is in the car

One star, more expensive than most and never have ice cream, don't give sauces that are ordered. We literally drive further away to avoid this ridiculous McDonalds

Beware! Check your bag/bags before driving away from the drive thru window...they routinely leave part of your order out. This has happened to me several times in the last month. They know you won't drive back up there for missing nuggets or fries so they don't care if they rip you off or not.

Terrible service and communication skills. Left without food or was so bad. It is a shame that a company will hire somebody just to have a person in the position. Personally, I think they would be better off being shorthanded. No customer service skills at all

I have been a loyal customer of this McDonald's for a few years now. There is another McDonald's closer to me, but I go to this one because the staff here are always professional and friendly! There is a new employee named Kevin who has a brilliant smile and who always greets you like you are a good friend. Unfortunately I don't know the names of some of the other employees, but they have all gone out of their way to be friendly and thoughtful. Most of them know me by my first name and greet me over the speaker when I place my order. Employees at this McDonald's and other stores had to put up with so much during the pandemic, staffing issues, etc. I have to say that everyone who works at this Mickey D's makes coming here a delightful experience!

Drove in from Cali, wanted some breakfast so I got a couple of sausage mc griddles and a couple of sausage mc muffins with a side of hash brown. The cashier Sidel was very enthusiastic & friendly, and Claire was very nice as well! The service was efficient, I got exactly what I needed and the food was good.

I've given this location a chance multiple times before I decided to write a review. So this is based on my experience a handful of times with them. The food is fine. But I feel like the staff is forgetful or careless. There has been many instances that either I've ordered 5 pancakes and they didn't put any syrup in the bag. Or have not given me straws. I've asked for no pickles or onions on the kids burgers and of course, ALL of them came with pickles and onions. They've forgotten to give us burgers or a box of nuggets and the worse was getting someone else's order and realizing once we hit the freeway. We should be looking to see that we got the correct order but it's their job to make sure we get the correct order. Just need the staff to get it together.

The drive through is impossible and seems worse since the remodel. Not only are the lines long and slow it blocks the parking for people wanting to go in the store. The smell of rotting garbage near the building is so overwhelming that it kills your appetite. Maybe new management would help. And a good cleaning inside and out would be helpful to the business

I love this store. You can get coffee here. It is located right off the highway in the plaza. A lot of the dumb women around here drive like bats outta hell. Be careful in the parking lot. Drive like your life is on the line. They'll make your coffee piping hot. Five stars.
By far the slowest drive-thru McDonald's I have ever been to In My Life. Nothing like the one on Stephanie and sunset. I think they need to work on performance. It's a good thing we don't normally go to this one. It shouldn't take 25 minutes on a drive-thru line.

Ordered some McDelivery off Uber Eats yesterday. I was so impressed with the quality of the packaging. High grade paper bag, sealed shut at the top to avoid any unwanted exposure, food packed neatly together and separated from the ice cold drink. Good temp was as good as it can get for delivery. And eventhough I can't taste right now due to the Vid, everything was highly satisfactory. Compare that to the order I got from Carls Jr that had a 4" opening on the shake all exposed to who knows what. I simply couldn't enjoy that meal since I was worried about what I might suck up thru the straw. Sktetch city. Now is this truly 5 star dining? Of course not. But I was so pleasantly surprised with the packaging that they get an A+ from me today. Thanks McD's.... ba da ba ba ba...

I’m a truck driver walk in but lobby was close so drive thru was my only option but it’s impossible with a semi truck manager hook me up with my order thank you soo much for your kindness

They didn't put any onions and pickles on my Mac. The packaging of the hot n spicy was horrible barely had any lettuce or mayo in it. Both fries we got definitely not fresh. Terrible food.
