Customer service is horrible here they are not prepared It’s disappointing. I lost out on a lot of money because I sat there waiting for over half an hour for an order that I need to deliver to the other side of town.

The food is very good accept the falafel it taste like frozen factory made.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!!?
My husband and I went here the other day for our date night and I cannot wait to go back. I heard great things about Méraki before but arriving at this location and being greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere, with such delicious food that made me unable to stop eating at delightfully affordable prices, I can only recommend this place from my heart. I deeply love good food and I love to eat a lot of it (as you can see here!). Being from Europe myself, it made me feel closer to home.

We ordered the Tirokafteri, the Saganaki, followed by the Norwegian Salmon and Gyro Méraki as well as a side of Feta Fries and finished up with the Baklava Ice cream, Baklava and Mama's Rice Pudding. While we were enjoying our dinner, we were starting to plan our return.

The service was quick, kind and attentive. The district manager was actually our server and she was absolutely fantastic!
From our seats you were able to look into the kitchen and watch the cooks create their art.

I'm here to spread the word - stop looking for any other restaurant and GO TO MÉRAKI!
As a now local, this is my number one recommendation from my restaurant recommendations list of Vegas!

Wonderful staff. Clean and welcoming environment and fantastic food! I definitely recommend it if you're looking for great Greek food!

I love Greek food and this was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were well rounded and the sauce was thick, flavorful, and rich not that runny watered down sauce you normally get from most places. The fries are amazing and stayed crispy even upon arrival from door dash. I will be eating here regularly although I recommend dinning in or carry out as delivery is a bit expensive relatively. All in all this was a great first time experience.

Note to owners: Please do not change a thing. Your quality is impeccable. Don’t cut corners for costs as I feel for the value and taste your prices are justified. Great place and I plan to be a regular. Thank you.

We stopped here last night on a recommendation.
The restaurant looked busy. There were about ten people in the front.
The reason it looked so busy was because there isn't waiter service. It's cafeteria service.
There was one person you had to order through. The only annoying part about that is that some people have no idea what they want to order and stand there and stare at the menu board. Kind of like Starbucks.
I ordered the Traditional Gyro platter and she had the Village Greek salad with falafel.
The food came out pretty quickly served by a friendly runner
The Gyro meat was a mix of lamb and beef.
It was served with pita, tzatiki, a salad with vinaigrette and brown rice.
Everything was very tasty, the rice was perfectly cooked. My only complaint was the tomatoes were cut really huge. Kind of hard to eat a gyro with giant pieces of tomato.
The wife loved her salad. The falafel were cooked perfect and not to cumin-y.
The prices were very reasonable for what you got.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
We would go back there again.

This is a our go to spot! We always get the gyro platter. The greek salad is always fresh. We've dinned here 10+ times and never had a bad meal or experience.

Food is consistent and very tasty. It does take a bit to get food (not extremely fast), but I don't mind because the food is always freshly prepared & hot.

I placed an online order through the restaurant's website at 11:40 am for two steak kalamakia. The order did go through in which I got a message saying it would be delivered by 12:35 pm. Then I got a call from them at 12:20 saying that they ran out of steak. Me and my friend just wasted all our break time waiting for our food. Going back to work hungry. I am not the type of person who does at lot of reviews , but this one here deserved! Sorry but this business is poorly managed.
