The food in this place is just amazing! It's one of the best Peruvian restaurant that I had try. It's a little bit pricey but so worthy

Very delicious! Food was brought to us very fast. The service was great. A little pricey for what we ordered. No regrets food was delicious.

The food: It's good. I've had better at other places for less than $19.99 per plate, though. Most I've ever paid is $17 and even that seems like a stretch. The service: This is why I'm giving the location 2 stars. I have a feeling that just because this location has good food, whoever the man was that was here today thought he was entitled to act the way he does. My parents came in before I did, and my father wasn't too fond of the "get your food and get out" kind of feel. So, I decided to go in myself, after they left. As I walked in with my sister and friends, we were 'greeted' by a man behind the counter who was trying to get the attention of a customer who's order was ready. The customer was tending to his children during this time. Constantly, he kept repeating "Señor". Every time the customer didn't hear him, the man behind the counter just repeated it louder, almost to the point of yelling. Then we ordered our food. I let my boyfriend do it as I didn't want to feel like I'm annoying the man behind the counter. Overall he seemed like he didn't really want to be there, or deal with any customers. There's a sign near the door that says something along the lines of "Being sophisticated (and something else) doesn't necessarily mean being picky". I'm not sure what this means, because I'm a picky eater but it rubbed me the wrong way. Whoever runs the place seems very sarcastic and arrogant, especially after reading the responses to the bad reviews. Food is one thing you can defend as an owner, but customer service is not. I probably will not return, for the service alone.

I'm peruvian and unfortunately the food was average and over price. The lomo saltado, the meat wasn't tender at all and way too much juice (soy sauce). The pescado a lo macho didn't have enough flavor. The ceviche had a decent amount of meat.

Was craving some Latin food. Had no idea this place existed. Never had Peruvian food either. The food was EXCELLENT!! Flavors differ from each Latin area. Truly enjoyed the Peruvian version of Arroz con Pollo. Their Bistec is also full of flavor. Worth the money. Highly recommend if you’re craving something different.

I really wanted to like this place and try it out after seeing so many good reviews and I tried it with my parents/daughters and the older gentlemen was super rude everything bothered him such a uncomfortable experience. Every time we asked him for a drink or some green sauce he rolled his eyes but thats not all he sighed I was like wow he didn't even hide it he was so blunt and came back with one tiny sauce when it was 5 of us with big portion meals. My parents were so uncomfortable it was just a horrible experience I hope he quits if he doesn't want to be a server you go to a place to feel good and try new things and he ruined that 100000% bad customer service. And quality of food was disgusting super greasy and portions where meh I deff wont be coming back here and despite the fact the server made us feel horrible we still tipped he shpuld be ashamed of himself! Don't be a server if you do not like it!.. I suggest people go elsewhere there is many Peruvian restaurants that are super delicious with great customer service and prices are decent avoid this horrible place

I've had Peruvian food from all over the world. Vienna, Stockholm, NY, Miami, you name it and we've been there. I have to say this is probably the best Peruvian food I've had on the west coast. We came at noon, plenty of parking, came in and were seated right away.Waiter took our drink orders immediately, and gave us some corn nuts with spicy sauce to munch on while me and Ellen F. perused the menu. They have an $8.95 lunch special between 11-3 which looked good but after seeing the Lomo Saltado picture and my previous experience with this dish I had to have it.This was the perfect kind of mix. Lomo Saltado has beef steak strips, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and rice. What I got had just the right amount of everything, no complaints whatsoever and it was satisfying. I killed the steak then mixed the leftover sauce with the rice. YUMMY!There aren't to many Peruvian spots in town, this is the second joint I've tried. If your in the Hendo area I highly recommend you check it out. They do have Peruvian booze, I forgot to ask if they have Inca Kola if your into that. Will be coming back.

Really enjoyed the Pollo Saltido. These dishes are always heavy on onions which I love, my husband not so much so. Not heavily spiced, which I wouldn't mind more, but it was full of flavor. Will come here again.
