Food was solid. The atmosphere is SUPER unprofessional. Don’t expect any sort of warm welcome. The waitress did not even smile or introduce herself we had to ASK FOR HER NAME. It always felt like we were trying to chase her down EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. Go to another Mister Kim’s location or another Korean BBQ place.

We came in during Easter Sunday. It seemed pretty busy but I realized it was busy because there was only 1 server. I felt for her, she was doing her best and attentive to her 7 tables. I come here quite often and usually order the same thing. I order some app - corn cheese and bugolgi cheese fries are the 2 thing I order every time, but this time they were different. It all came out fast because the cheese wasn't even melted. For the corn cheese it had about a pound of cheese which was dissatisfying, the unmelted cheese on the fries wasnt great as well.I asked one of the food runners that we had rice but it hadn't come out yet. I almost had to yell at her to get her attention though but realized she just had to turn her air pod off to here us. Once she turned to us I just asked if she could check on our rice and she came back with something else, not sure what it was...maybe she still had music in her ear. I understand the food runners and busses aren't servers but how hard is it to help the one server there by filling some drinks or prebussing. As a f&b manager this was sad to see 1 server stressed out, 5 other workers behind the counter on their phone laughing about to themselves and no authority in site. Not sure I'll be coming back again.

Went to dinner there with 6 of us including our 1 year old. We made a reservation and were told to wait once we got there. We waited 15 minutes when multiple tables were empty that would have fit us. The hostess was rude when we asked for a high chair stating we could only have a booster because they couldn’t have an high chair at the end of the booth even though the table 2 away from us had one. They said they would go ask someone. We waited 10 minutes and no one showed back up with either a high chair, a booster or an answer. Needless to say we left. Plenty of other restaurants in Henderson to go enjoy without the attitude from employees.

Mediocre. Service was inattentive. I was embarrassed to bring a friend here.Meat quality was sub par and frozen in awkward positions making cooking difficult.Huge selection of food at the cost of quality. Why are they serving sushi rolls when they could be serving kimbap?Maybe it was a one off bad experience. Unfortunately I won't be back to give them another chance.

Food was great. Gotta keep an eye on the conveyor belt to get your meats. The marinated short-ribs were the best. Our waitress was awesome and super friendly (I don't remember her name). I'd definitely eat here again.

The food was wonderful, a little hard to remember what meats were what but definitely had really good variety and quality! I did not catch my waitresses name however she was wonderful and was on top of everything! All in all I enjoyed dinner here for the first time eating Korean BBQ, my husband and I are in the area quite often and will be back soon! Thank you for a great experience!

Brisket and Bulgogi was the best thing on the menu. All other meats were average. I paid more for Choice B because I wanted the steaks, but there were not the quality I was expecting. “Premium Flat Iron Steak” was okay. I would recommend Master Kim’s instead of this. Nice service though.
First time here (and last) , waiter wasn't the problem. The atmosphere was not good in general. Dirty tables, dirty grills, understaffed, dull scissors. Got attended to twice within an HOUR. Called the manager to tell him this is unacceptable and we are leaving and he had no care in the world. Almost as if he wasn't even listening to me lol. Best he offered me was 50% off. Manager didn't even seem like a manager (presence / attitude) , looks like he would be washing the dishes Came down the street to Gens Kbbq where we've never had a bad experience.

Horrible food California roll was deep fried and not cooked doughy and raw! Server said that is normal David the manager told me "to do what I gotta do!"He started yelling at me from another table across the restaurant. I was embarrassed for him . ! Very disrespectful raising his voice and highly un professional . Kimchi was still frozen . Meat was horrible chewy and very very tough and fatty . Stay away service was horrible and manager David was completely rude . Food and restaurant smelled unacceptable.

The experience overall was fantastic because the service was happy and quick to comply and easy to talk to. The meals were good, with a touch of flavor kick, and the Korean bbq was safe, as well as a self cooking service goes, of course. We left after eating, content, and satisfied.
