My wife and I came to this location for the first time this morning. Barely were greeted, my wife jokingly just started saying good morning to me and began with the order since the woman at the cash register didn’t want say hello or give a basic greeting, I still tipped her. This woman had no issue saying hello to the other customers after us though. Although the food was fast, it wasn’t good including our drink order.

Unfortunately, this location has had a dramatic decline in drink quality and consistency over the last few months.
My most recent experience being one of the worst I have ever had with any coffee place.
I ordered a regular item, nothing special, a lavender latte. My partner ordered the same.
When we finally walked out and started drinking our lattes, we were met with the most intense, face-scrunching, sour yet bitter flavor ever. No lavender taste and pure sourness.
After doing some research, we figured out that espresso gets sour if it's been sitting out for a long period of time or if the shot itself was not heated up to the proper temperature.
Either way, the baristas there either did not know how to make it or were too lazy to make fresh shots for us.
We were gravely disappointed as this place was pretty solid a few months back, but we've been experiencing so many inconsistencies like this over time.
Unfortunately, we will not be going to this location until changes are made.

I went into to store by a drink because it was 114 degrees outside. Before buying the drink i asked for the DM for Mothership Coffee. I writing this review because i know Juanny (owner) reads them. I appauld how you hire women in Management. Your marketing person was nice and introduced me to the operations person (Lisa). Lisa was not a nice person. She basically judged me and claimed she did not know the Decision Maker. I read articles about OWNER, Juanny Romero, and I feel you would want to know that Lisa does not reflect the servants heart you referred to and article I read. I am a minority male who connects female and male veterans with small businesses. Unfortunately, Lisa accused me of soliciting when I asked for the the decision maker. I can't say for sure if I can recommend Mothership to minorities or veterans.

Char! Single handedly has convinced me I may still want to come for $10 extra scoop matcha. Lovely job. I unfortunately have had a few folks two months ago that made 3 mediocre ones, wrong taste mix, too watery, no foam. Thank you Char for bringing back the art and quality.

My son's hbic nurse ordered from this location. I had the ham pillow which is lovely. The butter beer, my daughter got the banana muffin and hibosucs drink, our nutse got blueberry scone. I really cried while having the scone (not exaggarating) I love it sooo much. Waaaay better than starbucks. Good job to the owner and their whole team. The food is hoghly recommended. #lutchikviews.
