This place is bomb. I got a gift card for my birthday, and I was so pleased how they have fresh affordable breakfast with some amazing coffee. I had the egg bites with a creme Brule latte. The bomb! So a customer for now on. They were open and busy on Thanksgiving Day. I loved that egg bite. A big bite and healthy.

The espresso beans and coffee is bitter. I used the beans in my espresso machine. It’s extremely acidic. The atmosphere is cute but it felt like Starbucks and there was no warmth. There’s no sugar free options.

The shop is very cute with plenty of seating - inside and out. The crew is really sweet and inviting and made sure that I liked my drink!:) I got the creme brûlée latte iced and it was pretty freaking good! Quality coffee:)

I buy Mothership's Ballast Espresso beans for my home espresso machine. I have tried numerous brands and NOTHING compares to Ballast. I buy them at the St Rose location. All the employees are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
