The young lady behind the counter today was extremely rude. She looked annoyed that I interrupted her show that she was watching on her phone when I walked up. She had attitude when we were picking our cookies, dropped my bags onto the counter, and walked away only to tap her hands loudly on the counter telling “who’s next! Who’s next!” Usually it’s great customer service when the other guy is there, he’s polite and not rude like this girl. We’ll make sure not to go back when she’s working there with her horrible attitude.

I have been coming here regularly for a long time. There is a girl that works here that has been working here for a while and has been working mornings lately and she is always super nice and bubbly and smiles at me all the time and talks to me when I buy cookies. But the other day I came in and bought cookies and realized everyone here is just as nice as her. Jose was super sweet to me and actually learned my name! I realized I do not know the workers names because they never really asked. Jose asked and he also always has cookies! Sometimes I come in the afternoons and they run out of my favorite flavor, but Jose always has some or has FRESH cookies cooling!

The one and only girl that works there needs to go. I'm honestly not sure how we keep giving this place chances but nooo more. Bad customer service and our cakes have been cardboard the last 2 times. Not the place to go if you're looking for something to present for a special occasion.

Clean and organized. The staff is very friendly! I love coming here!

I was at Mrs Fields in side of the galleria Mall and the 2 associates stood there and one kept looking at me and never acknowledged me there.

It says it opens at 10 and right now it’s 11: 12 what thee heck

Cookies were amazing and had never tried TCBY ice cream before and it’s the best ice cream i have ever had
