Nattie's is a food truck that offers the most authentic Thai food I've had in Las Vegas. I usually find them at Khoury's wine & spirit. I've also found them at Cadence Community in Henderson.Their menu is limited but that's what happens when you only serve the best dishes. Is this the same as the food truck in Las Vegas?! I keep seeing San Fran? Anyway, they were at the govt center yesterday and I had the most amazing veggie fried rice ever!!!! Huge portion and good price ! I loved it! They make fresh, so you must wait a few mins, but it really is fresh! A++ you won't be disappointed!

The chicken pad Thai was very good. They gave us extra chili peppers to make it spicy. Ordered extra to go! Staff was extremely nice and helpful - gave us plenty of forks and extra napkins.
