Have eaten at this location many times. Love your breakfasts! Ate at the location in Henderson once. When will It reopen? It too was excellent.

Good food but unfortunately temporarily closed until their bar gets it's gaming license.

Delicious and reasonable lunch specials. Yummy choices for pancakes including chocolate chip and banana nut! Service friendly and very relaxed.

Was so excited to get Norm's Diner close to home, after waiting months to open, took my daughter to breakfast for eggs Benedict. Imagine our surprise to see the restaurant has no atmosphere whatsoever, crabby waitress, not much hollandaise sauce on the eggs and in a 24/7 town, you would think they would have better hours-not open very early for breakfast and look closed dinner. Also, is it Norm's or Aces? Not impressed, won't go back.

Really good atmosphere, great service from some good looking servers and restaurant was clean and had a good balance of comfort and style. Also Karim the cook does it right! That guy knows how to make breakfast! Totally coming back!

Inconsistent Quality, and Lazy Servers I've eaten here three times for Breakfast: When they First Opened, a month after Opening and then three months after Opening. The first time was an awesome experience, food was tasty and quick, the service was friendly and prompt. Overall a good experience with plans to return, especially with the proximity to my home!!! Second time, I took my girlfriend for a late Breakfast on Saturday at 10:00 AM. The Diner was not crowded, we were seated, but then it took 10 minutes to get a menu. A gentleman who arrived before was seated and after 15 minutes got up and left since no one gave him a menu. Did I mention they were not busy? after placing our order, it arrived in about 15 minutes and it was mediocre in taste, although they did forget our toast, which was sitting in "the pass" The servers were busy chatting, never asked how our food was, or if we wanted coffee refills. I flagged one down and asked her about our toast sitting in "the pass" (10 minutes after they dropped off the food), which she passed several times, and her response was that the cook didn't alert her. Too oblivious to notice as she walked by it several times. The third time, my son and I figured we'd give them another try, thinking that maybe that was an "off" day for them. It was 7:00 AM and the Diner had one other customer and the servers were the same two from my second visit. Our order was taken quickly, food arrived in about 10 minutes and was all undercooked. The servers disappeared and then returned 10 minutes later to drop off the check. Never asking how the food was even after noticing neither of us touched any of it. The Sunny-Side up eggs had a lot of albumin, the hash browns were almost all white, and the toast wasn't even browned. I pointed everything out very politely and instead of asking to fix it, she said "No Charge" and turned around and left. So we got up and left and went to the Jack-in-the-Box across the Parking Lot. I passed by Norm's on November 4, 2019 and noticed that the name has changed to Ace's Diner. Fingers Crossed that they will be better.

I had a craving for an old fashioned hamburger with fries. I was not disappointed. Real handmade patties, choice of cheeses, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. The fries were hand cut and crispy. I ate ALL of my burger and fries, which is very unusual. I usually grow tired of the same old flavors, but this I wolfed down, even beating Wyatt. I highly recommend this place for a nice lunch!

We found out about Norm's Diner when we moved near Gibson and 2-15. Man, from the first day we entered, we experienced some of the best customer service, and have tsken great care of our family since we have been eaten there every Sunday for breakfast for the past few months. This is definitely our weekly breakfast spot, and soon opening up for Dinner and looking forward to checking that out too!

Tried Norm's for the first time today because of some good reviews I had seen on Yelp, and I was very impressed. Outstanding classic Eggs Benedict! I definitely will return.

Great food, and staff. Never really busy, when we go. Like the owner. Waiting on them to open for dinner and bar. Breakfast and lunch only.

We ordered the eggs benedict and blueberry pancakes, both were very enjoyable. Our waitress was friendly too. Would recommend a visit
