I gave this location 3 chances, knowing they are newly opened and maybe still working out kinks. Unfortunately, each time service is slower and less attentive, and food it mediocre at best. Went their this past Sunday for my sons birthday - took 20 minutes from being sat just to receive our beverages, which we ordered an appetizer at the same time. Server blamed the overwhelmed bartender, but we ordered 2 glasses of wine and a beer and the restaurant was less than half full.. The appetizer never came, and we had to ask about it 2 times before the server said they would just remove it from the tab. Server never apologized or acknowledged the failure to order. Breadsticks took another 5 minutes after we ordered our meals. Salad took another 10 minutes. We never received a single refill until our meals were completely done. My pasta was hardened on the to layer, obviously sat in the kitchen for awhile..

Truly disappointing to finally gain a good family restaurant, only to have them ruin it with bad service.

Time to move on and remove this from our options.

We came on a very busy pre-holiday night and we did have to wait about 15 minutes- however our server Jacob made our experience worth it! He was friendly, very knowledgeable and was never too busy to help us… and he was extremely busy. Thanks Jacob for our great service and a great family dinner. You made the night. Also this location is very spacious and decorated well.

Went to an early dinner with my in-laws. Food was good as far as this type of place goes. Service was pretty good too. My only complaint is that I was offered the refill of tea that I asked for as a to go option. I said yes. My tea never appeared, even after being assured that she hadn't forgotten my to go tea.

Looking forward to having lasagna all day only to tell me they ran out. Tried the spaghetti per waitress recommendation and it was cold with no taste. I reluctantly paid for the meal and left the waitress a three cent tip.

Our retirement group from Allegiant Airlines enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Olive Garden, and the service was nothing short of first class. From the moment we arrived, Bishop and Sethianne greeted us with bright smiles and genuine warmth that instantly made us feel welcome. Bishop looked great in red and smelled amazing a true professional with style and charm!

Our server, Cory, was attentive, patient, and friendly throughout the meal, making sure everything came out just right and that every request was met with a smile. The food was fresh, the atmosphere relaxed, and the hospitality unforgettable.

Thank you, Olive Garden

Wow what a great experience! our amazing server Aaryon was so quick, accurate, attentive! Literally the best Soup we have ever had, and the shrimp on our pasta- actually had seasoning, wow! The cooks were on point tonight. Thanks for the delicious dinner.

The main complaints we have about this place is the food. It's not olive garden when you're served food that taste like a child made it. There was no flavor or hardly any ingredient in our soups. The main course was salty and not worth what I paid. This has happened 3 times in a row during our visits. I could go to McDonald's if I wanted salty, tasteless, greasy, overpriced food that's why I don't go there anymore. We will definitely give this place sometime to be better chefs before we eat here again. Very disappointing to have an olive garden close to our house that has bad food. We will be going back to Sunset rd olive garden from now on! I brought it up to the bald manager there but he reacted hardly saying anything like he took offense to the feedback. Oh well, we tried!!

All of the staff here treat you like you're the most important person in the world from the time you walk in the front door to the time you walk out. And the food they serve you is absolutely delicious and they make sure you're happy while you're here. It's one of the best experiences I've ever had at an Olive Garden restaurant. I'll definitely be coming back.

This Olive Garden location is still new, having only opened a few months ago, but you wouldn’t know it by the service you receive. Christina, in particular, brings an energy and professionalism that sets the tone for the entire restaurant. She wears two hats with remarkable grace: not only does she serve her guests at the bar, but she also crafts every single drink for the entire restaurant. That level of responsibility alone speaks volumes about her skill and work ethic, yet she handles it all seamlessly, without ever letting the quality of her service slip.

Christina is the kind of server and bartender who makes you feel like more than just another table. She’s warm, engaging, and genuinely fun to interact with. There’s never a hint of forced friendliness—she has an effortless way of connecting with people that feels authentic and refreshing. She’s attentive and quick to notice when you need something, but never hovers or interrupts. It’s a perfect balance that makes the whole dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.

On top of that, she’s incredibly accommodating. Between being a naturally picky eater and having specific dietary requirements, I know I can sometimes be a challenge as a guest. Christina is always willing to go the extra mile to see if my unusual requests can be met, and she never makes me feel like a burden for asking. That kind of patience and flexibility is rare, and it makes a huge difference in how welcoming and personalized the experience feels.

There’s something timeless about the way Christina approaches her work. Like the best bartenders throughout the years, she does more than just mix drinks and take orders. She listens, engages, and creates a space where guests can relax and leave feeling a little lighter than when they arrived. It’s this mix of skill, heart, and authenticity that makes time spent at the bar such a uniquely enjoyable experience.

What’s especially remarkable is how she does it all while constantly on the move. At any given moment, Christina is juggling multiple tasks: mixing drinks, serving food, chatting with guests, and somehow managing to keep the entire bar running smoothly. You can see how much effort she puts in every shift, yet she always does it with a smile. Sometimes you’ll even catch her laughing, dancing, or quietly singing to herself while she works. It turns what could be a chaotic environment into something surprisingly fun to watch. In a way, she provides not just excellent service, but a bit of entertainment too.

Christina truly embodies Olive Garden’s classic motto, “When you’re here, you’re family.” She makes every guest feel welcome, valued, and cared for in a way that turns a simple meal into a memorable experience. The next time you visit this location, I highly recommend sitting at the bar. You’ll not only enjoy great food and drinks, but also get to witness the incredible energy and care Christina brings to her work. She is, without a doubt, one of the reasons this Olive Garden stands out. In a world where great service can be hard to find, Christina is a reminder of how much a single person’s dedication and personality can elevate an entire dining experience.

I don't recommend the chicken parm at all. It tasted like pressed chicken and was overcooked, I'm sorry I didn't get the Alfredo.
Our server Megan was absolutely terrific! she let us enjoy our salad and breadsticks before bringing out our hot food. Nobody had to ask for refills because Megan was on the ball,
It is a beautiful restaurant and we will return and ask for Megan!
Just don't order the Chicken Parm.
