I am excited to make this review because it’s a rare occurrence. Mystic gave us outstanding service. Very prompt. There was a mishap that’s didn’t effect the experience because it was handled properly. So it’s not worth detailing. Manager visited the table. Other employees bussed our table, greeted us and said goodbye. Food was amazing! And my hubby left his phone they answered it when we called. And wouldn’t give it to him without the code. We appreciated that. They really took care of us. Its obvious to me they have a leadership and a good team dynamic and I think corporate would be impressed. This was pre Covid service. I have been server 20 years. Thank you for the outstanding experience.

I got a steak to go for my husband ! It was great! Sweet potato was baked with great seasoning(they put the seasoning on the side for me and He loved everything! I will be back!💕💕

Female wait staff was rude, especially considering first time customer, Ribeye was the second worst steak I've had, they had work going on during lunch and froze the customers and food, absolutely terrible, spend your money elsewhere, this place sucks
Very clean establishment. The food arrived promptly and our waiter went above and beyond for us and never once complained about my fiancé and I sharing our meal. The food was cooked extremely well. I got the 3 course meal deal, I got the 9oz steak mid rare and it came out melt in your mouth. I forgot to take a picture because I scarfed it down so quickly. I did however get a picture of my mother's dip trio which turned out beautifully as well. Shout out to our waiter Justin for the absolutely amazing service and kindness provided. I am specifically writing this review because of him.

I can't say enough about how good this place was i got a special with steak and amazing shrimp with noodles it was perfect and our service was fast with good smiling faces not fake ones but truly happy servers I liked that a ton my bro Hunter and myself really enjoyed our dinner

Service was awesome! I had the baby back ribs, full rack. The ribs were cooked tender with the right amount of BBQ sauce. The Caesars side salad was fresh, but I feel they were skimpy on the side of French fries. This was on a Monday night, wasn't too crowded, which was nice. I do have to say again that we received fantastic service!

I called ahead and was told less than 10 min wait added our name and arrived less than 3 minutes later. The hostess told us it would be 5 minutes! 5 minutes turned into 30 min and counting. The hostess clearly needs training she has no idea what she is doing. When asked for update she was clueless. Several parties sat before us with no response to us. It was until after a few parties behind us that she started telling new people 40 minutes.
