The biggest problem with this location is the parking lot. It's just terrible. I only went here to get my son the food he wanted. It's the closest location. Instead, go to the location on college and horizon . It's the 1st time I've been here in quite a few years. The lot is still the same terrible design. If you go here. Remember. I warned you. Don't complain if you see a dent on your car. Or you have to wait to get out of it

Do not waist your time here. I was just there and spent over 20 minutes waiting in line for my food. The manager did nothing to help facilitate the wait time but instead ignored us and continued to work on web orders

I don’t know if it’s for profit reasons but long gone are the days of chow mein…… and a bit of veggies it’s now 90% veggies and very little noodles…… 0 stars and even my small noodle pile is veggies still so many I couldn’t separate em.

Andrew and Peggy would be extremely dissatisfied with how this restaurant runs. I was hired to be a secret shopper and purchase off the menu. I’ve never tried spicy orange chicken and had asked to sample it before I placed a full order of it. The lady was rude to me and said they don’t do samples. Mind you I’ve been too tons of panda express’s and have never been told this. She then ignored me when I placed my order so I had repeated myself three times and then she told me hold on because she was working on an online order but I wasn’t aware of that. I only ordered a bowl with broccoli and beef and my partner order a bowl with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Luckily their orange chicken and beef broccoli are the most popular so they are always fresh, but everything else looked old. The food was extremely dry and their serving sizes were extremely small. When I asked how much for an extra scoop she told me she would have to charge me for an upgraded plate instead of a bowl. I said never mind and just got what I paid for. Food was absolutely disgusting. Ended up going to chipotle across the street. Idk if they temp their food but it was cold and you can tell had been sitting there for at least over two hours. The place wasn’t busy at all so was super confused on why I was being treated this way. I will definitely never be back and do NOT recommend. I’m certain this is NOT how Andrew and Peggy run their companies at ALL! I know them personally and they will be extremely dissatisfied to hear about my experience here.

Employee said I bring in germs, I chose not to get anything like I planned to because of that rude, off hand, very odd comment. Everyone brings in “germs” and it’s not like I’m the one preparing the food! I went to chipotle instead.

Attn Owner(s): 7:45pm 03-03-25: Approached the counter in the middle area near the young girl working at Panda Express. Nobody else was around. I waited and waited. She continued to ignore me. The second another customer walked in she greeted him before he even got to the counter and he began to order. I asked her if I was invisible and she said "The line up starts there" ....3ft from where I waited?!?
I understand workers with disabilities have rights too but find a more suitable position for this worker instead of being at the counter helping what would have been a great customer from a large family who moved to the area. We will not order doordash or pickup from here.
Estimated losses: $80 / month for the next 10-20 years. (Increaisng with inflation)

How can you give someone their food with half of the food missing? Double check anything they give you. 95% chance something is missing. I hope this location goes out of business. Especially when to make it right, you just threw a little small container of chicken at me. I drove here 2 times to get my food and now the rest of my family is at home eating without me because you forgot to put the protein in my plate. Stand together do not eat there.
