Terrible service, the employees got my order completely wrong, and when I went back to get it fixed they refused to help until I got irritated. When I first went in I was polite, but own your mistakes.

It was extremely busy and I just wanted to say that the staff did everything they could to make sure everyone ate warm delicious food tonight against all odds. It’s not fun to wait a long for your food but customers need to understand that when the store is packed there’s going to be a wait. It was surprising to see the employees still serve food with a smile while incompetent customers were yelling and spewing lies just to cut in front of those who were actually waiting long for their food. Not saying it was everyone but there were a few that really tested the closing crew tonight and they handled it extremely well. My food was delicious by the way, very high quality panda.

Food was old & bad quality for 1145am. The in-person who came up to us for the order was confusing & then walked away. Wish the district manager had contact info cause I've never seen the food this way at this location. The shrimp wasn't cleaned and it smelt horried.

DO NOT go to this Panda Express location, I was beyond disgusted with finding a bug in my mushroom chicken, and I was SO upset that I didn't even ask for a refund, I just walked out!

Placed an online order and I had to wait longer than my pickup time as the kitchen had to cook a new batch of chicken, which is fine. However, the problem is that when I opened my order I only was given five pieces of chicken, and the box was not as full as my same order has been previously. Why was I given so few pieces of meat if the kitchen had JUST made a whole new batch? I feel ripped off.

15 minutes from closing and all the food was put away. They should change their hours of operation if they close at 9:45 instead of 10.

We like Panda Express and have been going there for years. Their Grilled Teriake Chicken is amazing. They run low on the food sometimes and the wait for your food will take a little longer when they do.
