Horrible service !!!I came 1 hour before close they refuse to make pepper steak upgrade the manager was so rude and should be fired! I drove all the from across town just to get Panda express! What Horrible service and shows why this is empty restaurant .

The food is ok for the most part. The Manager John has no customer service skills what so ever. When I asked about placing an order for catering he couldn’t comprehend that I wanted the food now. He told me to call in my order and that there is a minimum wait time of at least 3 hours.I placed an order online and it said the order will be ready in 10-20 mins. Why the run around is beyond me. His attitude was disrespectful and his body language was unacceptable. Do better Panda Express. Please hire competent staff.

Not worth the money. The portions have shrunk and become over priced. Not really that fresh either. For the same money, you might as well support local and find your nearest Chinese take out restaurant.

They close at 11:30pm but they shut down at 10:30pm, and stop serving food or makingthe company $$. They have 5 people on shift and refused to use thier woks for anything but super greens. They had about 3 options for meat (old and almost empty), out of the standard 10+ options. Yet, customers are steadily walking in because they dont close for another hour! This shift manager isn't managing and corporate is getting played for all these wages when they're not making them $$! This is a nice part of town with good service, this site manager needs to be replaced and that's my professional consulting advice/opinion as an I-O psychologist!!!!
