We just wanted a healthy lunch meal. I decided to come to Panera Bread. And that was a right decision.

So i liked the food, but I got a cookie as well and as I was eating it i found a hair inside and the cookie was sealed and stuff already so im not a big fan ......

Order group chicken soup and grilled cheese, soup was good but the grilled cheese wasn't grilled cheese, returned it the next day for a full refund!!!

Great food. Staff was very helpful. It was my first time there. I had a gift card I won from work and came in knowing nothing of the restaurant. The staff was very helpful.

First time here. The portions were sized appropriately. The food was okay. The bread was DELICIOUS!! They keep it nice and clean. There was a man that was sweeping and making sure there were no dirty dishes left out. He should be commended for his efforts. It was pricey as everything is. Thank goodness I had a gift certificate.

Panera is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants to pop in and grab a delicious sandwich, a great bowl of soup & a delicious pastry!! The people are so friendly and they have a great attention to detail and never get your order wrong!! Thanks, Panera for doing an outstanding job in every area!! The restaurant is very clean and well stocked and the rewards program is the best incentive to keep coming back for more, but don't tell Panera I would keep coming back even if they didn't send me rewards that's because their food & staff are so great!! Three cheers to a great restaurant!!!

Terrible customer service and why are yall shutting down 30 mins early with no remorse?

Had to run this order away across to Boulder. Panera already had it ready. I didn't have to wait Crew was on it. Had it ready

It's always so cold inside!

Everyone who works here has their hair down, whether is in a hat or not. They touch their hair and put their hands down in pastry bags. Touching everything, touching food prep. Pony tails everywhere. Beards out over food. Tables not being cleaned in the 45 min i sat here then when they were one employee used the same 2 bleach wipes on all the empty tables. Floors are visibly dirty. Their corporate/gm was here and sat and ate the meal he ordered and sat on the computer.
