$50 for a half salad and soup and a small salad amd cup of soup but I got am insulting minuscule amount of dressing so I can’t eat my salad. Cmon now give people enough dressing

This location had an issue with their coffee vendor and this has been going on for three calendar days I called yesterday and the vendor who was supposed to come back and didn't and Michael the GM said he was doing all he could and got frustrated with me for being frustrated. He also didn't provide his bosses name based on I would give negative feedback to him. As a customer I shouldn't have to make suggestions on how to solve the problem and he said he was doing all he could which is getting the answering service! He has some good staff members he shouldn't have to learn by their great example on how to give good service when he is in a leadership role!!

Something is wrong with your menu on Uber Eats. Not only did I request no tomatos due to an allergy WHICH WAS ON THE RECIEPT you taped to the bag but you messed up on my soup too. For the record, I've ordered from you plenty of times but this will be the last. When ordering the bowl of chili, you sent Butternut Squash which is the most rancid tasting thing I've ever had the displeasure to taste. As I verified my order TWICE on Uber Eats and this is the first time I ever requested your chili in the breadbowl, I am warning everyone to stay away from it on Uber Eats until it is fixed. The tomatos were absolutely your team not paying attention and you could get someone sick of injured. Please test uber eats menu, order chili in bowl and see what happens. Thx

Worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had. It was not grilled toasted or anything, but just plain bread.

It is a typical PB. Didn't care for the new baked potato soup, not much depth of flavor.

everyone was helpful and pleasant to the point that without even trying to notice it I couldn't avoid it. every single person had a smile that was so inviting that I wish it was closer to the house so I could frequent it more often. I might have been staring to see if Brent ever stop smiling, I never saw it. congratulations to the management for doing such a great job on staffing.

I was there today, Sunday 10/20 first, the cashier was never in the front. She’s always at the back and I had to have her called a few times on top she likes to argue with the customers. Second the bagel was a hard as a rock I asked for them to make a new one lightly toasted they re-toasted the one they have serve me. It was really hard, and the cashier was arguing with me saying that I have asked to re-toasted she grabbed the bagel with her bare hands, not even gloves and took it to the back at this point I don’t know if they gave me the same bagel. They gave me a fresh one.
I always have problem with this store. I don’t know why I keep coming back maybe because the broccoli soup is really good.
