Why do you keep sending me old dark roast coffee? My last two orders the coffee was very heavy. Today I got another dark large roast coffee and it had bubbles all on top of it! This definitely was old coffee!

Love the food, I can always count on the quality with this restaurant. The location at GVR is busy though!! Great for the business, but not relaxing for customers. It's not clean because of so many people eating, staff can't keep up. Lots of teens hanging out. Good for them to have a safe place to enjoy ?

One of my favorite morning spots to order from. I’m on a time crunch in the morning due to my commute to work. Every time i order ahead with this particular Panera, everything is done just right! The food is packed, the coffee is hot, and the order is correct! This morning team definitely deserves all the recognition a team can get.

The staff is pleasant. The restaurant and dining area is not what I expect from a well-known establishment. I'm looking at other reviews, and I see it's an ongoing issue that hasn't been resolved. The facilities are dirty and I wouldn't be suprised if someone hasn't reported this to the health department. I only came inbecause my wife wanted a cookie. Please do better.

The person below said they liked the free wi-fi but the food was mediocre.. Pretty much says it all.. ABOUT THAT IDIOT!! Amazing how some leaches work, huh? This place is the best place within 10 miles of my home. And I have wi-fi at my house. Soooo. All of u wi-fi thieves out there, call Cox or SHUT UP!!
I visit this Panera Bread often. My only complaint is the cleanliness of this restaurant. The bathroom is never clean. I use The District public bathroom which is spotless! The tables are rarely wiped down. I usually have to bus a table to enjoy my food. Once or twice I understand. Staff shortages or extremely busy but everytime!

I called to place an order for coffee and tea totes for an event of 100 people. I have to say the manager did try to accommodate and I appreciate that. The execution was really lacking though - First the manager did not know they had tea on the menu as well and wanted me to pay $20 for hot water and then charge extra for the tea bags - Not only was the order late and no sense of urgency with the staff, but we ended up throwing half of the coffee away, because they forgot to include the sugar and milk I had asked for, so anybody who does not like their coffee black could not be served... I really regret spending $200 of my budget on this.

Called to see why I only got two coffees and 1 bagel delivered to me and where was the rest of my order! Was missing my you pick 2 with chips, broccoli cheese soup and smoked house bbq sandwich. The African American manager who is a older man with glasses who answered the phone could not tell me why my food was still there and not given to Doordash ! He put me on hold and never came back to the phone.Called back a second time and got the other manager a tall, very thin guy with the accent and asked him that I still need my food delivered to me that was missing! He was extremely rude and said that I won’t be getting my food. He hung up on me after continuously over talking me!Called Nick at the Corporate office and complained about these 2 managers and he wrote a report up about them which will go to the district manager and corporate office.The 2 large coffees I got where ice cold not even hot!At least my mom enjoyed her bagel!This Panera Bread has really gone down in service in the 6 years I have been going here!From now on I will only go to the one on Eastern and Ione that is 1000 percent better!!
