Why do you keep sending me old dark roast coffee? My last two orders the coffee was very heavy. Today I got another dark large roast coffee and it had bubbles all on top of it! This definitely was old coffee!

Love the food, I can always count on the quality with this restaurant. The location at GVR is busy though!! Great for the business, but not relaxing for customers. It's not clean because of so many people eating, staff can't keep up. Lots of teens hanging out. Good for them to have a safe place to enjoy ?

One of my favorite morning spots to order from. I’m on a time crunch in the morning due to my commute to work. Every time i order ahead with this particular Panera, everything is done just right! The food is packed, the coffee is hot, and the order is correct! This morning team definitely deserves all the recognition a team can get.

The staff is pleasant. The restaurant and dining area is not what I expect from a well-known establishment. I'm looking at other reviews, and I see it's an ongoing issue that hasn't been resolved. The facilities are dirty and I wouldn't be suprised if someone hasn't reported this to the health department. I only came inbecause my wife wanted a cookie. Please do better.

The person below said they liked the free wi-fi but the food was mediocre.. Pretty much says it all.. ABOUT THAT IDIOT!! Amazing how some leaches work, huh? This place is the best place within 10 miles of my home. And I have wi-fi at my house. Soooo. All of u wi-fi thieves out there, call Cox or SHUT UP!!
I visit this Panera Bread often. My only complaint is the cleanliness of this restaurant. The bathroom is never clean. I use The District public bathroom which is spotless! The tables are rarely wiped down. I usually have to bus a table to enjoy my food. Once or twice I understand. Staff shortages or extremely busy but everytime!

I called to place an order for coffee and tea totes for an event of 100 people. I have to say the manager did try to accommodate and I appreciate that. The execution was really lacking though - First the manager did not know they had tea on the menu as well and wanted me to pay $20 for hot water and then charge extra for the tea bags - Not only was the order late and no sense of urgency with the staff, but we ended up throwing half of the coffee away, because they forgot to include the sugar and milk I had asked for, so anybody who does not like their coffee black could not be served... I really regret spending $200 of my budget on this.

I ordered the chipotle, chicken and avocado sandwich. Although it was tasty, it was mostly bread, sauce, some cheese, some avocado, and almost no chicken. Literally, just some slivers. It cost over $11. I understand that prices have gone up but why do they have to lower the quality of the sandwich? I won't be purchasing food from vendors that do this.

Good God! I live down the street and you would think at a nice place like the district they would update the inside. I used to love coming here, but everything has gotten so bad... the service, portion sizes, cleanliness... The place is absolutely filthy disgusting and gets worse each day. The bathrooms are some of the most disgusting bathrooms Ive been in. I will go to Crazy Pita to use their bathrooms instead.The service in the afternoon is atrocious. The place is operated by a bunch of teenagers who are completely clueless. The one young kid employee didn't even know how to pour a cup of coffee. There's one older guy that works the food station and scurries away anytime it gets busy and people need help. I've waited sometimes in upwards of 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I have the subscription and have left at least five times because I was tired of waiting for either a cup or the coffee to be done. Super disappointing considering the outrageous prices we pay to eat there.
