Pizza is ok for the price, seems like the staff doesn't like their jobs, under payed or overworked I don't know.

The second pizza that only had cheese in the middle and barely a touch of sauce in the middle. They give as little as they can. I will not be ordering from them again. Some areas, the sauce and cheese was almost 3 inches from the edge. That was on a small pizza. I literally had to add more cheese to my pizza when I got home and did not want to waste a jar of pizza sauce to cover the rest of it. I’ll try a different location and if that doesn’t work, I’ll go back to Joe’s NY PIZZA who charges a Tid bit more but gives you a BETTER pizza ! They’re just not open as late and they’re down on Eastern on the east side of the road.

Horizon Papa John’s has been cutting their breadsticks in half! The photo to the left is what they tried to serve me today. Other photos are from Google research as well as Papa John’s customer service stating the correct length which is 10 original breadsticks at 12 to 14 inches long also a statement saying that all franchises are to adhere to Papa John’s Breadstick recipe to ensure the quality of the Papa John’s.

I ordered the Oreo bites with my food and this is how it came, with no icing cup or drizzle like advertised. This was a pregnancy craving and I am extremely disappointed. They also always end up sending deliveries through DoorDash, where the drivers are never able to break to break a 20 for change like most pizza delivery drivers, and there is no warning when placing the order until after it’s on the way. I never remember this as I don’t order here very often and have ended up getting suck in very uncomfortable situations with my driver when I don’t have the right change readily available and I’m not able to afford a $15 tip on a $25 order.

Tried to order a pizza from here tonight, and error message popped up saying they have have a minimum oder amount of $18. You can't even order their delas, because it doesn't meet their minimum.

Asked for extra sauce on the pizza - got none!? The sauce on the wings was drizzled on? Absolutely not worth the money. Eighty nine cents for extra sauce - should have already been on the pizza where I ordered it?
