We use this store when we are in a rush or too tired to make dinner. Tonight, we ordered a pizza, and it was hot and ready for pickup in just 15 minutes. As usual, the pizza was good and had enough sauce on it, but they could do a lot better on the amount of ingredients, like pepperoni, sausage, etc. The two staff members we saw tonight were very friendly and quickly had me out the door with the pizza. This store is perfect when we need a pizza fast, but do not expect anything special or above that. This is a cheap, fast pizza for those on the go. If you are looking for a gourmet pizza, then this is not the place you want to go to. The store is only set up for take-out or delivery and there are plenty of parking spaces available.

They outsource their delivery to door dash, which they donât tell you before you place the order. I leave very clear instructions for delivery since I live in an apartment. The driver texted me in Spanish, which is weird since we live in the United States. Then I watch him or her drive around on the app while not answering my calls or texts. Eventually, my order said delivered and I had to go building to building to track down where this incompetent âworkerâ left my food. Of course now my food is cold and Iâm pissed I spent $5-6 in delivery for someone who doesnât speak English to decide where theyâre gonna leave the food so I can go on a scavenger hunt. Get your own drivers like every other pizza restaurant.

The lady was nice, friendly, not rude, but 15mins for an order pick up, and 3 other people waiting...o wait because she was the only one working is a bit ridiculous. Maybe because these companies pay absolutely nothing and not even I would work for them. I'd rather sell my soul ?

The other low star reviews are right, this place is woefully understaffed due to a pathetically cheap owner/manager. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be ready between 3: 20-3:30. I walk in at 3:35 and there's one poor old man of retirement age working the counter, he said "it's going to be 15 or 20 minutes", he hadn't even started making the pizza yet, somebody went out the door before me with a stack of pizzas this is too much work to put on one employee! shame on the dirtbag owner/manager for such low-grade service caused by having one poor old man working. Looking at all the reviews I can see this is not a one-off but a sustained habitual problem at this location. First and last time I'm spending any money at this location.

My experience at this Popa Johnâs was one of the worse ever. I was doing deliveries for a certain company. When on arrival there were only two people working. An older gentleman and a Lady. He had to stop each time and answer the phone. Iâm not Blaming him but that place is very under staffed and on Sundays when now the football season is back is not good. I had two orders to pick up with an estimated wait time of 45 minutes added on to the 25 minutes I had already been waiting. Popa Johns needs to do better and if your a delivery driver cancel this place unless you donât mind losing money.
Ordered via GrubHub and order showed up fresh, early, and correct. Little on the pricey side but great experience overall

Usually this papa johns is really good with orders, but the pizza's i ordered today was utterly ridiculous. I ordered the two medium pizzas special with up to three toppings, the pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms one was ok, but what really took me out was the grilled chicken, pineapple and banana peppers pizza that had 2 snall pieces of grilled chicken on it. I took pictures of it so hopefully I can upload it to show everyone. Papa Johns lost another customer for this one smh.
