I felt moved to write this review due to the excellent service we received yesterday by the older gentleman running the store. We forgot to catch his name but upon arrival to the store we were greeted by a very kind older gentleman who made us aware that he was working the store alone and that our wait time would be a little longer than expected. It was no problem at all for us but I felt terrible that he was alone with so many orders! Despite his obvious stress and heavy work load he maintained a friendly demeanor and provided excellent service! This man deserves some type of reward or promotion due to his ability to provide such service under strenuous conditions. When we received our order I felt the need to apologize for the situation he was in as I've worked similar shifts in the past and know how terrible it can get. He assured me that he'd be alright but I could tell he was exhausted. Despite everything our food was absolutely delicious and you could tell that he didn't let the stress get to him and was able to withhold high standards in his work. I look forward to visiting this store more often due to his work and to receive the excellent service we have just experienced, again. Thank you sir.

The worst!!!! The white lady with the orange hair talks to customers crazy and thinks she’s hood. Forgot an entire pizza in my wings and pizza order and then got mad at me that I didn’t want to wait for the pizza to be made and cooked to take it home with cold wings. I asked to cancel and for a refund and she just said bye and I left with nothing. Fire her immediately I’ll contact corporate too tho just in case ? she said it was a waste of a food but she’s a whale and I know she enjoyed it so you’re welcome for feeding you tonight too brokie
My app was telling me it was delivered but it wasn’t so I called and Jennifer answered the phone and she is the sweetest ever !! She explained the apps downfall on the delivery time sometimes and was just such a wonderful person to talk to about the situation. My boyfriend and I order from here all the time and never have complaints ! Our delivery drivers are always so sweet too! Love this location shout out to them all !

Manager told me to throw it away but I’m still paying. When I tried responding, manager said “don’t make me hang up on you.”Avoid this location if you must eat Papa John’s…awful.

Service, I give neg #s if I can, very rude! And dirty! The employees are rude, especially lady eho says shes manager, she yells at people and they touch everything with their hands but dont wash their hands to make pizza. I would never come here! Beware!

I ordered a pizza online through the app said it would take 15-20 mins I got there and she didn't even make the pie yet so I had to wait an additional 25 mins after it was supposed to be ready it was November 8 at 11:30 Wednesday I will never go there again ...and the pizza wasn't cut

My delivery driver, Jennifer gets 10 stars! She called to let me know what no contact actually meant and I was able to give her better delivery instructions and she was so nice and my pizza got right to me without me having to wander all over my apartment complex trying to find them (yes this happens). As for the pizza & dessert I got, they were ok. Only reason I took away a star is because I requested well done and it wasn't, but I could heat it up in the over and do that and the cinnamon roll twist was a little over done. But it saved me a trip to get food and did the trick for us! Thanks again Jennifer!

Had not went to Papa John's in quite some time. Now I remember why. I will stick with my usual place. Pizza is super salty so if you need your sodium you will like it, I did not. Went in for a take out order and the staff was ok but not a place you want to hang out and watch how the pizza is made. I am no expert but some of the prep and health practices might be in question. - I am going back to my normal priced pizza joint and going to stick with that. This experience probably has turned me off of Papa John's for good. Super salty and the toppings were pretty slim.

They gave me plain (unsauced) wings even though I ordered buffalo, and they didn't give me the complimentary blue cheese dip that I selected.
