Great food & Great service.

First staff was very friendly. The biscuit and gravy I was told made from scratch. It was just ok. Denver omelette not sure why but had no cheese. Ok the atmosphere from the time we walked in the place it has a bad smell rather from a sewer or something else it was bad.

Today was a first time at Peg's......and, I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. We were greeted first thing and, seated immediately........our server, Megan was top notch......attentive and, friendly.........we ordered our meal and, everything came quickly and prepared perfectly.. (We were HUNGRY) Megan kept our beverages full and, checked on us several times to make sure everything was good........(And, everyrhing was awesome) This is an establishment that has their act together.......if you're in the area, I recommend this place highly......we have a new favorite diner. Thank you Megan, we appreciate you.

Great chile relleno omlette. Portion was huge. Included an egg, potato, black beans and corn and unlimited toast. Dinged then because the food was cold. I would go back in a ❤️ beat and order the same dish. Excellent quality. Thanks guys.

Our server was so cute! Just all smiles and pleasantries! Never had such a wonderful server anywhere! Tried their "Hawaiian" breakfast. It was 2 eggs over a cup of plain rice, accompanied with a small slice of SPAM and Portuguese sausage slices. Both the SPAM and sausage was WAY over cooked to the point of being dry and almost tasteless! I had a side of grits which were clumpy, but tasted just fine. Mother had the "Locomoco" breakfast. It was 2 eggs over a cup of rice, smothered in brown gravy and chuck beef. There was so much gravy that it was all you could taste. Not good. If you want to go there for just plain basic food, you'll be fine. Their "specialties" aren't great.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair friendly. If you have a slightly bigger wheelchair, it will be a hair tight for maneuvering.

I stopped by since I was on this side of town, and I wanted Portuguese Sausage, Eggs, and Rice. A staple Hawaii Style breakfast meal. Nice restaurant, and the service was also great. I forgot her name.

Food:
Hawaiian Breakfast which includes: 2 scoops of rice, macaroni salad (not sure how felt about that with my breakfast, but it worked), 8 slices of portuguese sausage and fried SPAM.

Let me first start with at first glance, the portuguese sausage looked burnt. It's not my style of preparation. I took a bite, and although the outside was burnt, the inside was tender. I was torn if I wanted to return it and ask for it to be cooked again. I ended up eating 2 sausages and packed the rest to go. The fried SPAM was delicious. So, I'm thinking both meats were probably deep fried because I found a french fry in my food. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Fluffy and browned well. The mac salad was equally as delicious.

Overall, it was a nice spot for breakfast in Henderson. They have other locations, too.

After waiting 15 minutes, the server assisted the table next to ours, who were seated AFTER us. We were never once acknowledged after being seated. No offer of water, nothing. Horrible service, so we left. No thanks, Peg's. And the same server only said, "Have a nice day." No apologies, nothing. Worst!!!!

My partner and I went to this location for the first time on halloween, and I have to say this might be my new favorite breakfast spot. Huge portions, so come hungry or be ready to take home lunch! I got the chili and rice with eggs and mac salad, it hit the spot 😋 everyone was in costume for halloween and seemed very happy, and our waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. Overall 5/5 for me, we will be back!

I used to love coming here. Super disappointed with my breakfast. My sausage was cold, hasbrowns tasted old and the eggs were super greasy. My husband and I never got our toast or the side of ranch that I asked for. Seems to be understaffed. Our server was sweet but she had a lot to do with little help. Super sad and likely won't be returning. Also $46 dollars for 2 people to eat a crappy breakfast is absurd.
