TERRIBLE. I went to this restaurant because my friend told me it had gotten better. I haven't eaten here in over 3 years. Last night, I ordered a small orange chicken and small mongolian beef. I placed my order and went next door to Chipotle. It took 10 minutes for my order to be prepared there at Chipotle. I returned and waited another 15 minutes for my order. It was bagged by Candace and when I checkwd before leaving the restaurant. There were 6 pieces of beef over rice, and the orange chicken was cold. I asked Candace if it's your job to xheck for accuracy, would you be okay if someone bagged this for you after waiting 25 minutes? She responded, "No". And proceeded to process a refund and putb the money on the counter. She didnt tell me she was doing same until another couple moved towards the register to order. The restaurant was dirty. There were more tables with empty containers and dirty plates, than clean ones. I was really disappointed, and will not be returning.

Not as good as I remember. Seems more like fast food these days. Rushed service at the counter. Food quality has gone down hill. Doubt we will be back for what my lady and I dubbed "payday pei wei" which used to be our treat to ourselves.

Very disappointed in this location. Two of the items we ordered weren't available because they were out of an ingredient. The place was a complete mess and the food was not impressive. Will not return to this location.

This was my 1st visit. Food was pretty good for fast food. Made fresh. I ordered mine to go, but I'm sure it's probably a lot better if you dine in rather than take away. I'll give it another try and see if it can be 4 stars

Always very enjoyable meals! If ordering take out, check your bag to ensure you have your entire order. There is nothing worse than getting ready to dig into a fantastic meal only to find it isn't in the bag! They took great care of us afterwards however the build up of getting to dig into one of the best quick meals around to a missing dish is just crushing to the mouth watering Korean food cooked to order the way you wasn't. :-\

Another place I haven't been to in awhile and it's still great food, the people working we're very helpful. The night manager was right there for whatever we needed. I recommend going to that location.

Very noisy and messy, I.e., litter throughout the restaurant, on the floor, and tables not cleared after diners left. Restrooms overflowing with paper towels. Toilet paper rolls empty and no new rolls were in evidence. Food unimaginative and bland. Staff has forgotten how to smile or say thank you. All around, I was sorry I took my out of town guest. Don't think I will return myself. Sorry, the Denver location was good.

The only reason this gets one star is because the staff is amazing. But, the food was not. My entire family was greatly disappointed with our meal. The chicken in the salad was barely edible. The rest was just a mess of flavors that didn't mesh well. The only think we liked was the wasabi sushi. We paid almost $40.00 for something we can't even eat and we are not picky people at all. I want my money back!
