Pei Wei

This one of my son’s favorite places as he enjoys watching the open kitchen, not to mention the food. Unfortunately, our last visit was a bad experience. When we arrived the res was not any busier than normal and we placed our order.

Delicious food that comes out quickly. Restaurant is clean and well kept with an open floor layout. The takeout corner is a convenient addition. The young man working here, Andre, is amazing. He's professional, friendly, and efficient. He made sure my visit was a memorable, all while keeping a big smile on his face. Observing him interact with others, I know they feel the same. Its incredibly encouraging, and rare, to see young adults who truly have great work ethic and genuinely want to do well. Keep up the great work!

Food is plain the girl working the Togo pick up area was not very friendly didn't give us any thing to eat the food with and crammed 70 dollars worth of food for our office in one single bag that was bursting at the ends it was absolutely all I could do to keep it together to bring to my co workers then there is the avtuly quality of the food and it's quite obvious it's fast food quality and they definitely use chlorine water for food and beverages

I love Pei Wei but their quality has gone down. They have even run out of rice on more than one occasion!? Like what!? Rice is a staple of Asian cuisine. I hope that corporate comes in and gets this store in order

It's a very clean diner and the Asian food is really good and the employees are very nice

I placed an order for to go and waited about 40 minutes for the meal. I was almost late back from lunch and didnt get to eat. I got Mongolian beef with fried rice, when I finally got to eat it the fried rice was made with brown rice. I didnt know I had to specify I wanted my fried rice made with white rice. I was disappointed.

Food is never ready on time. Literally order online 24hours in advance to be ready at 12. Show up at 12 and it's not even started yet. Every time, phone, online, app, whatever, foods not ready, and I've wasted my lunch break. So now I have to eat while I drive back to the office. Staff up if that's the issue.

We ordered this for lunch and ended up with all of our meals missing the rice except the rice bowl of course. My co workers plate looked like a sad after thought of steak, thrown in the Bento box haphazardly. The vegetables were not cooked either. I get that it may be busy (especially during lunch time) but come on.

they had 14 yr old expired soy sauce in their togo stations

Good food. Expensive. Need to not have so many individual items. Like add an egg roll to the entree.

My wife and go to a Pei Wei in Goodyear AZ all the time. We normally spend about $17.00 for both of us. This one had everything individually priced. The same order cost us $42.00 at this restrant along with slow poor service. All I can say on future trips to Las Vegas this restrant will not be on the repeat list.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever received. I was there for over 30 minutes & another 15 to get a refund as the food still hadn’t been made. There were at least 4 families that left during the 45 minutes I was there because they couldn’t get helped to order food as for the majority of the time there was no one behind the counter. When I asked for proof of my refund (since she wanted to send me a screenshot later as they were busy) I got the 2nd picture saying nothi
