We just ate at Henderson location last night. Our server Jeremy was great. My friend hadn’t been there in a long time, he took time to help explain many items to her since she’s a vegetarian. Good and service were great. Thank you

After making my reservation requesting a booth. Upon arrive we waited and was seated in a table when booths were available. I asked the hostess that I requested a booth and noticed some were open. She said those were reserved and there was no note stating I reserved a booth. I corrected her and said I did in open table notes. Then she said I just recently made my reservation and was too late to get a booth even though some were available. Her personality was as dry as the desert. Food was too salty and over cooked. The waitress was running behind. Although, the manager was present he didn't seem in touch or didn't care what was going on with the customers.

Always looking for mid-budget dining offerings like PF Chang's since the value of more luxury dining options become more and more difficult to justify. A most enjoyable early dinner when finding ourselves in Henderson. Lena, our waitress was excellent and very kind and accommodating. Try the Happy Hour menu selections. We enjoyed Chang's spare ribs, Kung Pao Brussels, Dynamite Shrimp and my forever favorite, Mongolian Beef. A very relaxing and enjoyable meal. Thank you.

Mother's Day dinner our experience was great, but we heard a lot of complaints of how long people were waiting for their food. Our waiter was wonderful.

Mother's Day was expected to be longer wait times but it took 30 minutes to put in pur drink order. Waiter took our food order After another 30 mins. Food took an hour to come out. Some of it was not very warm. They also gave us someone else's order with our. No one in the restaurant has food on their table. Kitchen was focused on take out orders. We left after 2.5 hours

The Dining experience was a big disappointment at this location. We had a party of 4 with guests that were first time. We were not greeted upon arrival, host was in bad mood. There were many large tables available when we arrived and even with a reservation we were seated in the back for a small table . Four elderly people seated to small table sized for 2, while other guests of 2 or 3 had double size that's combined tables or a even larger table for 6-8 guests . Our table ordered full entree's with rice , soup salad, drinks and appetizers. Unfortunately, all the food was brought out within the same time frame not allowing guests to complete appetizers, soup and salad first. Then had to suddenly be boxed up in the middle of eating to allow table to cleared to make room for all entrees and dish-ware. There absolutely was no elbow room to eat or move food platters to share. This was the worst dining experience from a PF Changs location. The server saw the situation and did not offer to fix problem instead replied it's not my fault! The host and staff knew of problem but did not care. This is the kind of business that will go out of business. It reflects poor management. It's just not worth dining at this PF Changs location and pay high prices meal . In addition the food flavors of entree's ordered tasted like the same sauce used on everything. I have eaten at other PF Changs locations and it's a world of difference. This location doesn't care about the dining and gives a bad experience to customers . It feels like just give me your money! Unfortunately we will not be dining at this location any time soon.

I was disappointed months ago but went ahead and gave them another shot but was still very disappointed! I don’t know if it’s this location or all pf Chang’s. Ordered a pick up order and they completely changed everything! Their lettuce wraps had some romaine lettuce like since when do they do that?? And the sauce was completely different! I was so disappointed! Also the sesame chicken was sooo sweet and the broccoli was old. So not fresh. So disappointed again 😭😭😭😭
