Our server Mike was great. Everyone was very friendly. The food was very good. I like that you have half orders of the lettuce warp! The 8.99 Mai Tai was delicious

We have never been here and thought let's give it a try?? Well we found out why we've never tried it before... The service was about the worst we've experienced. Super slow brought our food with somebody's dirty dishes on the same tray... By the time it got to the table the hot food was cold and the cold drinks were hot and I've had better food at Panda Express but didn't have to shell out near as much. My overall impression is it's a nice looking place but the food and service absolutely stink avoid like the plague you'll thank me!

Waited an extra 15-20 minutes because the order I was waiting on came through your end with another different name making the first delivery wait and cold and costing me time. This also means they really had no idea who I was waiting for the entire time smh. Please fix.

Destiny waited on us , and did an awesome job, she was very attentive and very nice excellent customer service. I owned restaurants in Monterey ca. and she was exactly what I looked when I hired wait staff

Such a disappointment what has happened to P.F. Chang’s. Used to be goated. Quality is down the hole. Portions have reduced and the price is totally unreasonable.

We just ate at Henderson location last night. Our server Jeremy was great. My friend hadn’t been there in a long time, he took time to help explain many items to her since she’s a vegetarian. Good and service were great. Thank you

After making my reservation requesting a booth. Upon arrive we waited and was seated in a table when booths were available. I asked the hostess that I requested a booth and noticed some were open. She said those were reserved and there was no note stating I reserved a booth. I corrected her and said I did in open table notes. Then she said I just recently made my reservation and was too late to get a booth even though some were available. Her personality was as dry as the desert. Food was too salty and over cooked. The waitress was running behind. Although, the manager was present he didn't seem in touch or didn't care what was going on with the customers.

We went to dinner this evening at PF Changs on Green Valley Rd Henderson. Bailey our server was amazing . Great personality and extremely nice. Also met Mara , very nice lady with a beautiful smile. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to coming back 🩷

3-course meal was delicious, as always. Our server, Jose, was excellent, and bilingual also, which made my dinner guest feel even greater at ease. Cocktails and dessert were equally delicious. Fabulous, friendly overall environment. I highly recommend this PF Chang’s!
