We ordered from here hoping for great Pho and fried rolls but came away underwhelmed. No fish sauce with the fried rolls(we got sweet and sour sauce instead)and the broth for the seared garlic steak pho was extremely salty and oily, it tasted like a step up from beef Top Ramen. It's a shame because we are looking for a Pho restaurant that we can frequent. After looking at the broth, I noticed there were a lot of onions in it. It is almost as if this is a French Onion soup that the restaurant is trying to pass off as Pho.

Let me see.... I ordered dinner for my family and everything would have been okay but... they missed the sauce for summer roll.... Who eats summer roll without sauce ??? Then the egg roll was soggy and undercooked.... It got worst the sandwich was super super dry (we dipped it in the pho to able to eat it). Only reason why I give two stars because the lemongrass pork chop was good...

Ordered two drinks, one milk tea with boba(which was mostly ice) and one tutti frutti drink with aloe vera. THEY PUT ALOE VERA IN THE MILK TEA. ?. I stopped ordering food here when they couldn't get that right, but I wouldn't suggest ordering anything here unless you try it in the store in order to properly get reimbursed for it. They even have it on thier ticket, but apparently Alfonso or whoever made the drinks can't read.

Loved this place and used to be a very frequent regular. Sadly the service has gone down and it's time to find a new pho spot, after our last two visits have been horrible. First horrible visit, items we ordered never made it to the table then finally after asking where the missing items were they rushed them to the table. We get it mistakes happen so we let it slide and this has never happened to us before. Second and final HORRIBLE VISIT, today we decided to give it another try since we were craving pho came in around 745pm ordered quickly since were regulars. After placing our order, one noodle only pho, side pho broth, tofu roll, rice plate, and colossal combo (fried roll, mango tango, beef and brisket pho) we got the noodle only pho, side pho broth, tofu roll, fried roll, and mango tango about 10-15min later... ok cool STILL WAITING on the rice plate and brisket pho.... 10 min later rice plate comes out ok cool ... STILL WAITING on the brisket pho (we thought the meat was just taking along time) After about 45 MINUTES and other to go orders coming in getting their food my bf finally decides to ask what's going on with his pho, the girl looked confused and said she'll check on it basically CLUELESS! ..... STILL WAITING it comes out about 10 minutes later when we were already done with the other food and my bf didn't even really want it anymore so he got it to go instead. My dad asked what happened with the order the girl said the code never went through, how does that make sense?? If we ordered a combo and two out of the three items hit the table how does the third item never make it out? Anyways, horrible service and very disappointed in how the service has gone down and how it was all handled. Not to mention they INCREASED THEIR PRICES by $3.50!! Which they don't tell you and just have a teeny tiny label on the top left menu (see pic) so if you don't see it it's on you! So the prices you see on the menu ARE NOT THE CORRECT PRICES, add $3.50 to that number for pho. After our whole mishap they comped the pho that never made it to the table yet somehow our bill was STILL $48!!!! $48 for a noodle only pho, side pho broth, a rice plate, and a tofu roll. Ridiculous lol

Probably my favorite pho place in Nevada so far. I've tried a few pho places so far and nothing tastes like authentic pho you would find in Southern California. The beef steak and brisket pho was delicious and flavorful. I got the regular size and it was filling. The boba drinks here are so delicious. It reminds me of Tastea in Southern California. I ordered the Halo Halo and the Thai Tea. Highly recommend both of these drinks. I don't normally drink Thai Tea, but it was very yummy here!

the worst pho here in Vegas, I ordered it online, I was really excited when I saw the packaging it was neat, but don't be fool folks, it's the taste, I just threw it in the garbage. the spring roll was so big that will trick you it is good, nasty fillings inside they don't even have the sweet fish sauce, gross the stock smells like urine the meat has a frozen cooked taste..never again.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Pho Hoa. They messed up my order and I was still charged for it after sending it back. I found out after I paid so I went back to get reimbursed. They gave me a refund for something different. They ended up giving a refund for both but without tax included. Service was slow and we waited a long time for food. The food wasn't even good. I had to use my knife as saw to cut the pork chop. There's other Vietnamese mom and pop shops that I rather spend my money at. I saw that there are bad reviews just like this. Honestly y'all, just don't come here because it's really that bad.
Today as i was stopying by smiths i saw this restaurant name pho hoa. I walked into the store and immediately was greated by the servers the soup was amazing. Latge portions of meat the coconut thai was the best i will definitely be coming back

I order a drink with the number 1. MY boss went to pick up the order and they forgot my drink. I called the location. They said they have it and not sure what happened. They would refund the drink, they couldn't have someone deliver it because they didn't have enough drivers. I drive down a second time. To pick up by drink to come back to work and to find out no boba was put in my drink. So frustrating. Not only did my order get missed but my order was wrong and the time wasted was not necessary.

Perfect food, every time. Thank you!! I work from home and it's easy to fall into the trap of eating junk all the time, but thankfully for this wonderful restaurant, I can get quick, healthy, and frugal options instead. My pic is always the avocado rolls! And if I'm really hungry, I can get the side of chicken.The portions are perfect and always enough to keep me full, yet not too weighed down :) I've ordered delivery several times by now and have been very happy with every order.

Unfortunately, this location can't keep the drinks consistent with how they're supposed to be made. I travel sometimes 20 to 30 minutes to get the drinks at their restaurant from where I live in North Las Vegas, NV to Henderson. I have too many issues with the different drinks i order and when they are made by the new employees and not being watched and corrected by the veteran employees to make sure they are right. This represents Pho Hoa/ Jazen Tea. I am so use to having my family's drinks made perfectly every time and all the time from the original location in San Jose, Ca on Tully Road when I lived in San Jose, CA many times. When I go back to San Jose, Ca I always return to my favorite location for my drinks made right.I even requested to have a new location be built in North Las Vegas, NV. As there are a lot of homes and food traffic in this location but not enough good variety Here.But I fear the drinks and food will not be correct either. I hope the original owner of the franchise and the employees that have been working at the original location spot check the quality and consistency of the food and drinks.
