I come in to pick up my pizzas and am told they are almost ready, 15 minutes later I have one pizza in my hand and then the other pizza was made wrong so now I have to wait another 15 minutes and she wasn't even going to tell me that the pizza was made wrong it has to be made again and then on top of that she said it with this smirk on her face as if something was funny I wish I would have got her name

Nobody is at the register for 10 minutes and they hang up on you when you confront them for it😂 maybe get a staff who knows how to be professional? Just a bunch of children who think they on a high horse for being a manager😂😂 terrible establishment
We have been regular customers, ordering from this establishment at least once a week due to our kids’ busy afternoon schedules. Initially, the experience was excellent—our first order was prepared perfectly and customized to our specifications. Unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the last two orders.
When we placed an online order for scheduled pickup, the items prepared were not what we requested. The chicken was undercooked, and the pizzas were far from what we had ordered. Hoping to resolve the issue, I placed the most recent order in person and clearly explained my preferences to the young woman assisting me. Despite this, the order was still incorrect. The pizzas were simple—one topping with extra spicy sauce—but they lacked sauce, were cold upon receipt, and did not meet our expectations.
Given that I waited in the car for the order, it appears that the pizzas may have been left sitting out or the staff was not managing their time efficiently. Regardless of the cause, this recurring issue has left us disappointed, and we have decided to look elsewhere for our family’s meals due to the ongoing decline in service quality.

When I receive my order I was missing part of it. I called the store 3 times each time they picked up as soon as I said I was missing a part of my order they put me on hold. The first time I waited on hold for 10min then hung up and called put back on hold 3rd time ect. 4th time someone did speak to me and apologized and they were fast to bring my missing things which I appreciate. But putting a coustmer on hold like that each time like that is very unprofessional.

I ordered a delivery order at like 830 and was supposed to be delivered by 930 and literally never showed up. I came to the store after 10pm and they said it was still out for delivery. I will never be back to this place again!

Pizza Hut made our game day perfect. The food was ready the food was hot and it sure was delicious everybody loved it The customer service was excellent. She was nice polite and very attentive making sure we had everything we needed.
