Worst Pizza Hut Ever. They will lie to you on time expect an hr or more wait when they say 15 mins. Most unprofessional workers. Don't waste time on this Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut needs to go back to having their own delivery people. Using DOOR DASH takes the quality of your food out of their own hands. When we recieved our order, not only was it over 30-minutes later than the time quoted for delivery, it also was ice cold. The delivery driver didn't use any type of insolated heat bags.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. My pizza was finished for 30 minutes and they failed to give it to me. Just kept it in the warmer. The guy told me they are short staffed and I’m just going to have to deal with it. I was curbside and they told me 3 times they were coming. After waiting in my car for 20 mins, I went inside to grab the order. No greet or anything from the staff. The girl came to the front to give someone who came 15 mins after me order and didn’t even say hi or try to help.I'm done with Pizza Hut. If you don’t have the staff to assist all your customers, then maybe you should turn off curbside or close. Also, give people their orders while it’s hot. When I got home, my pizza was not the correct temperature. You should never speak to your customers the way I was treated last night or tell us about your staffing situation. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and I have never displayed the behavior that the guy who worked the front counter did. You should always make your customer feel welcomed and learn how to handle a small situation as in “short staffed.” Where I work, we are short staffed every day but my customers will never know it. I will never order from this location again.

One of the worst experiences. Our pizza wasn't even cooked all the way after taking 75+ mins to even be ready. The dough was still wet on top of the crust and center of the pizza. Tried calling and they never answer. Went to the location with the pizza to give it back and nobody is at the front desk, multiple people waiting over 10-15min, a few had to yell into the backroom area to get someone to pay attention. Staff tried to apologize and they attempted calling the GM to approve a refund? and of course, no answer. Advised they would contact me in the morning to find solution and no contact attempt. Finally called 800 customer service and waiting now for "upper leadership" to call me back for approved refund. We paid in cash also, I don't understand how they can't issue a refund without asking a manager? Completely ridiculous.

This is the absolute worst place for pizza, which tasted completely like cardboard. The staff was too busy in the back washing dishes while there were a bunch of people in the lobby coming to pick up their pizza. Terrible service terrible pizza !
