I was on Horizon/Carnegie and the closest location would be the one on Eastern/Horizon, when I went on the website to place an order, the first store that popped up is this one not realizing it's far I placed an online order with a custom made pizza/wings worth $30 after just drawing blood I was so excited to eat post fasting, went to pick up my food horizon/Eastern, just to know my order is 10 miles away at this location I was so heartbroken and hungry and had no energy to drive more, with much regret I called and Michael answered I explained to him what happened and he was so understanding to cancel my order I really appreciate that he was patient with me the next time I'm around that area I'm definitely going to order from here I feel horrible for this to happen.... Once again sorry and thank you for understanding

Placed a time order 1 wk prior to have it delivered at 5:15pm today . 5:15 came and went and no pizza was delivered . Called the store and was then put on hold for 8 min , then a woman who was a manager of some sort took my call and I explained the situation and after 30 min if her telling me.shendoeamtnsee my order & that there was nothing she could do to fix the problem .she then went on to tell me I can place another order and she can make that one all while I would have to pay again since I paid for the 1st order. When I placed it a week ago. Then would only give me a name of Bree for store manager when I asked for it and then then said she can't help me unless I pay for another order .it was for 3 medium pizzas with only 1 topp on EA and this is how she handled., she then hung up on me . ..Do not order from. There , do not eat there food . Go somewhere else . Save ur selves the headache and make off like they don't exist cause that's what they do to us customers ..( oh ya - she said there is no evidence of my order ever being placed ) now.us customers r liars as well..

I ordered two pizzas from here and it took almost 2 hours to get them. What a joke. This is how my pizza looked. Enough olives to cover five pizzas. The taste was horrible and the service was even worse. The person who I spoke to on the phone, acted like he needed to hurry up and get off the phone and hung up on me. I want to refund. I will never order from this pizza place again

Two women working night shift one tall one heavy set was very rude and was taunting me and displayed child like antics and I felt were a bit prejudice against me I ordered two pizza and they over did the pizza security questions also they did my order wrong which I didn't discover until I got home I called and asked for a remake that clearly upset them they put me on hold and yelled loud purposely so I could here "we have a complaint " I go to pick my new order up and the heavy set women walked past me twice than went to back room stood there for a good minute then asked have I been helped when she clearly saw I hadn't been due to her being only one in the room than another women comes out with antics and did the extras showing me my pizza but I can tell it was malice and not for closure as her heavy set co worker said jokingly it's wrong again right laughing and I shook my head in disgust two workers who clearly hate there jobs treated me wrong because a error they made

Last night, after 2 HOURS of waiting for my delivery order, and nobody answering the phone, I went in person to the location. I was told that my order was still in the oven with no apology. After waiting for another 15 minutes, my order was ready. The staff had no intention of removing the delivery charge, so I had to remind them. I asked for a discount and was told by Donna Michelle "We can't do that. There is no manager here." When I arrived home, the pizza was cold and we had to put it in the microwave.

wish i could give zero stars. my order is always messed up here. i place the order online the way i want the pizza. i wrote in special instructions. i call the store to clarify before they begin making it:.. and they don’t make my food right. the wasted an hour of my husbands time last night and i got into a fight with the manager because she refused to refund my husband. she kept him sitting at the store insisting she remake the pizza twice…. while he sat there. he asked for a refund… she denied. horrible service.
