I haven’t ordered pizza for awhile and now it’s not the same as before. It used to taste good, was piping hot and crispy. It was cold and felt like was an old pizza that was made an hour ago and placed in the warmer. Ugh!

We bought lg thin & crispy pizza. It was very dry and tasteless. I don't recommend this type of pizza from there.

This location just can't get it right...back in the day pizza hut used to be soooo good now its very mediocre...remember when the crust used to be so buttery thick and flaky?now the crust is tasteless,way too much tangy tasting sauce and you can tell not much effort or thought is put into the pizza...If you want good tasting pizza hut like we used to get from those scholastic book fair coupons you have to go to the Target on Blue Diamond...I guess I'll head on over to Grimaldies Pizza since ya'll can't get it right?
Food was great but customer service was just terrible. The guy that took my payment was rude and argumentative over me asking questions about the price. I felt disappointed in the service especially after having such a great day with family. Honestly I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Extremely disappointing service. Scheduled a curbside pickup for the wife to pick up after work. When she got there, we clicked the link on the email to show that she was there, as well as attempted to call the store. 20 minutes later while still on hold, my wife had to leave due to the infant in the car getting upset. I had to drive down myself and pick up the pizza. When inquiring about the issue, the shift leader simply stated, "we're understaffed." No apology, no empathy, and not a single sign of care in the world.

Order was ready on time and will meet. The associate offered us curbside delivery. When we got there, he walked out with a smile, plenty of napkins and thanked us. This Pizza Hut offers much better service than other ones I have visited.

Delivery. Ordered a pan pizza. Did not get a pan pizza. Offered a credit. "What crust do you think you tried to order" EXCUSE ME, i ORDERED, and looking at my receipt, a PAN pizza. No i do not want a credit, I do not want to pay another delivery fee and another tip. Now i have to wait another hour for my pizza. After waiting 20 minutes on hold, another hour. .Btw the sauce i got for my breadsticks. HALF what it used to be. Thats HORRIBLE. Dry breadsticks, burnt, and half the sauce because of the new cups they used. SMH.

I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a long time. The pizza was absolutely great. I opted for in-store pickup. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes but when I went there it probably ended up being closer to 40 minutes when I got it. So I had to go in and out of my car a few times to check on it. The staff wasn't rude but there wasn't anything exceptional about them.

The order was more than 30 minutes late. When we called to ask where the order was, the employee lied about why the order was late and sarcastically replied that “the pizza is going to get there when the pizza gets there.”
