This place need to be shut down. Order my pizza at 3:50 p.m today. It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I called corporate 2 times before I got my order. Once it got delivered it looked a hot mess. Just shut them down fire everybody ill never order from here agian

I wish That I looked at the reviews before ordering from here. My pizza was undercooked and the toppings and cheese looked like it was thrown around. They forgot the dips I paid for. They delivered my food 40 minutes past its original delivery time and I don't live far from this pizza hut.

Large cheese pizza special. Lots of cheese and regular pizza sauce. Hand tossed pie shell was perfect. Ten minute wait was fast.

Honestly I don’t know what’s been wrong lately but my orders NEVER come out right . Either my food is uncooked , made wrong , or there are items forgotten which they say they’ll bring back but never do . Whatever management is there now is horrible and needs to do better .

I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and instead got some undercooked bread with some cheese on top. The taste of it was very disappointing. The boneless wings I ordered had hardly any sauce on them at all. They looked gross so I decided not to eat them out of fear of food poisoning given the quality of the food in general. It’s obvious the staff here does not care about the food they serve to people.

Placed an order online 8/16 store rep said the system was down and they were not getting any of the online orders even though I had a confirmation number. They said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to reorder and pay again since I would be refunded automatically in 3 days. I was not spending an additional $80 with them. As of today 8/20 I have still not heard from them and still no refund I have reached out to corporate and hoping to hear from them soon.

I had ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza I asked for the tomato sauce be light they put tons of tomato sauce on my pizza. I also had issues with trying to order online their website never processed.

I ordered my pizza on the app and it said delivery was 30-40 minutes I tried to call but they don’t answer the phones. A hour in half later I drove up there and they because my pizza never came and when I gave them my order number they were just starting my order but I think because I came up here they were forced to start my order. The food was good and fresh cause it literally just came out after waiting 20 mins at the restaurant. Then at 9:44 pm I got a text saying my food was out for delivery which is weird cause I ordered at 11:30 am and went to pick up my food at 2ish cause the delay. Honestly shut this shit down management doesn’t care and neither does the employees pick a different Pizza Hut .

Delivery time was set for 7:34 I finally got it at 9pm. Was put on hold for an extended time, they said my order was out for delivery 30min ago but I live 5 min from the store. When I got my food my wings were sitting in oil. I’m not eating this and they are refusing me a refund.

The staff won’t show up to even open the store they hate working there so much 😂 pay the staff more please or hire more people that want to work there 😂 luckily I only missed a sporting event but if someone was having a birthday party…. 👎 looking at the other bad reviews … yeah … I don’t think your opening staff was sick 🤢 these low paying petty jobs are creating lazy workers and this town is trash.

What happened to the pizza hut I remember a nice somewhat greasy pizza. The one I had delivered yesterday was basically a frozen supermarket pizza. That's my last pizzahut pizza next time will be sabaros I guess.

I ordered online ordered one topping pizza and chose pepperoni and an order of garlic bread there was supposed to be 10 pieces receive my pizza and bread check the box right when I left the store the pizza was cheese and the bread was cut in half so two pieces I go back inside I showed her the receipt and she said the one topping was cheese and she said that how we cut the bread
