I ordered my pizza on the app and it said delivery was 30-40 minutes I tried to call but they don’t answer the phones. A hour in half later I drove up there and they because my pizza never came and when I gave them my order number they were just starting my order but I think because I came up here they were forced to start my order. The food was good and fresh cause it literally just came out after waiting 20 mins at the restaurant. Then at 9:44 pm I got a text saying my food was out for delivery which is weird cause I ordered at 11:30 am and went to pick up my food at 2ish cause the delay. Honestly shut this shit down management doesn’t care and neither does the employees pick a different Pizza Hut .
Delivery time was set for 7:34 I finally got it at 9pm. Was put on hold for an extended time, they said my order was out for delivery 30min ago but I live 5 min from the store. When I got my food my wings were sitting in oil. I’m not eating this and they are refusing me a refund.

Just the worse experience, food was late, not what I wanted, calling the store just hung up on me, the status page was wrong. Got the pizza and then 2 hours later I got a text it was on the way. Just trying another brand.
They are late on getting the pizza done on time. Don’t even try to pre-order. The staff won’t show up to even open the store they hate working there so much 😂 pay the staff more please or hire more people that want to work there 😂 luckily I only missed a sporting event but if someone was having a birthday party…. 👎 looking at the other bad reviews … yeah … I don’t think your opening staff was sick 🤢 these low paying petty jobs are creating lazy workers and this town is trash.
What happened to the pizza hut I remember a nice somewhat greasy pizza. The one I had delivered yesterday was basically a frozen supermarket pizza. That's my last pizzahut pizza next time will be sabaros I guess.
Pizza Hut always hits the spot
I ordered online ordered one topping pizza and chose pepperoni and an order of garlic bread there was supposed to be 10 pieces receive my pizza and bread check the box right when I left the store the pizza was cheese and the bread was cut in half so two pieces I go back inside I showed her the receipt and she said the one topping was cheese and she said that how we cut the bread
Before I went here, I had bad constipation for 2 days straight. After having one of their tavern style pizzas, I was on the toilet all night. Totally cleared out now! I feel a lot better!
We have ordered delivery from them 3 times and have had horrible experiences everytime. The first time, the order was wrong. Customer service said they would look into the issue and get back to us. They did not. The second time, it said there was an estimated 60 min delivery time. It was over 2 hours before we got our food, with it saying it was delivered at the promised 60 mins and the store not answering. This last and final time I will ever order from them, we waited for 2 1/2 hours, on and off the phone with them promising it was on the way, for them to eventually say the driver couldn’t find the house so the order was cancelled. 10/10 DO NOT order from them.

Wasn't even able to order. Was having issues with the app so I decided to call in. Well after calling in 5 times and getting hung up on each time I gave up. I never actually got too order anything. Rode pass the store because I was right down the street and there weren't any customers waiting so I'm not sure why they weren't answering. 2nd time trying to order from this location never again.
I placed an order online today came by store to pick up the order, got home to find my order was wrong. . Pizza disgusting 🤮 Taste like unseasoned cardboard... I called the store multiple times been on hold for 2 hours. I want my refund... Owner of this location please tell your staff to answer the phone!!!!!
I placed an online delivery order, which according to the app was “being prepared”. The app then said “order complete”. I never received my food and was still charged for the order. When i called the store there was no answer.
Never got my food. Pizza tracker lied, it was marked delivered, that's a lie. Store won't answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous hoops to jump through trying to call them, corporate, it's a mess. Corporate said it was still "out for delivery" two hours past when it was supposed to show up, and they couldn't refund it. Negative 5 stars if I could.

I did call corporate 3 times before posting this review. Three. I called the store multiple times alsom You had ample chances to fix this and you didn't.
Also this is the 3rd negative experience I've had at this location. Way too late to fix anything.

Lee works at this location on Boulder Highway. She is the greatest employee that we do service with very understanding and very respectful. She definitely deserves five stars!
