Absolutely terrible music and they have no control over it. They say the owners have control over it and they have no way to change it. Gothic screaming weird stuff. Gameday Saturday with no football sound

As I remember the last couple of years but unfortunately, like many other service establishments they need some additional staff.

Food was good. The service however, was horrendous. Brooklyn the server was very unattentive, she was unpleasant and her work ethic was horrible. We saw her a total of 3xs. To take our order, when we had to stop her and ask her to refill our drinks and then when we had to stop her AGAIN and ask for the bill. If your wages depend on customer service, you should try to be as friendly as possible. Maybe this is not the right career for her. She is not the best suited for this position and is not an asset to parkway tavern.

Tried this place a couple of times. Ignored and couldn’t even get a drink. First time it was busy; but there were 3 people behind the bar. 2nd time, wasn’t very busy, same result. I walked out. This location needs training.

I give the service a 1 out of 5 because the lady who is supposed to serve us did a poor job. She was late coming to the table, then when we asked for something else she was on her phone and just sort of nodded saying ok and continued on her phone for another minute or 2. Second thing we did not like is their menu apparently was outta date so we were going off their May pricing and still charged us for July pricing, and when we caught it they didn't offer to take it off just said I can get a supervisor who is not in the building. And lastly, when you get to check out, the tip section is WAY off, I had a $22 bill and their suggested tip was almost $7 that cannot be accurate.

Waitress wasn’t very attentive, one guy walked out because he was seated for 20 minutes and never served. My protein bowl wasn’t ver my tasty….
