My first time going to a poke place, but honestly, I wouldn't come back to this one. I would continue trying and exploring other places. The food is okay, but it's not something that makes you want more or come back. I'm aware that it's customizable, and that's what makes it more concerning because if I choose everything I like, why don't I feel much about all that I picked?

We like poke and this place is around the corner from us. Unfortunately, everytime we go there, the place is understaffed. Last night, a 17-year-old girl was by herself with somebody constantly online with online orders coming in. This is unacceptable. We can never eat there because the soda machine has not been working IN YEARS. My advice is one I’ll follow after last night: Go find another poke place. Poke Express is across the highway. That’s where I’ll go when we want poke.

This place USED to be so good, now it is filthy, it is dirty, it looks like it has not been cleaned in years. It's unorganized, nothing works, they run out of certain food items. It's just plain Horrible.

I come here all of the time and I've never been more disappointed than I have been this time around. I always get a bowl with a salad as the base and every time the servers are pretty good at making it and they are usually pretty pleasant. This last server was a completely bad vibe all around. I walked into the establishment and she didn't acknowledge me at all and continued to sing the song playing in the store while acting as if I weren't there patiently waiting. It took her about a good 3-5 minutes to come see if I was ready to order and when I began to order my usual order she neglected to put an appropriate amount of food in the bowl and had an attitude throughout servicing me. Half of the bowl is missing and this place is not cheap. I have noticed a pattern of the bad service on weekends vs the service on weekdays. I'll never come here on a weekend again.

I have given this place a review before and it was great. my last visit, I order a large bowl with Salmon and snaper, the snaper was bad, spoiled. I came back to return it, since their phone number doesn't work.I guy didn't dispose of the left over fish, he was still serving it to other guests, since they were out of yellow tail..I don't think I'll ever go back. and I have been coming here since they open ..
Sometimes, I regret not visiting certain businesses, especially after they go out of business. There were three employees. 2 restocking the line while the other took care of 2 new customers. I just dont like being ignored for 10 minutes. Had to walk out. I like their product but not the senseless wait.

I just have to say these people are top notch!! they give you extra meat like it seems like it’s more than the normal scoop. same with all the sides they hook you up man and they are all super sweet and nice! Get you extra extra sauce and it’s at a reasonable price to! I just got a regular, because of how big it is! This is my regular spot. I decided to take a chance on a place without research before hand. Granted the reviews looks promising looking at it now but I am in considerable pain. Not long after eating this am I now fighting a a stomach bug that currently has me pinned to my toilet. I will never return. All I had was the salmon so maybe still with the cooked stuff if you are going to venture here... Also, the service sucked. Everybody seemed so sad there, like they truly hated being there. Maybe that's why I now have the runs.

Been looking for a good poke place since moving to Henderson and we have definitely found one here. Went there at 11 right after they opened. Service was great and everything was fresh and delicious.
