I went through the drive through and was missing food and Lewis made it right he had good customer service and he was very nice… he always handles customers well. Thanks Lewis your the best

I always joke that part of going to Popeyes is to experience the rude customer service, it’s almost funny how much of an attitude they always have. This place is the exception. I’ve been to Popeyes all around the country and this one by far has the nicest and most polite staff I’ve ever experienced. Good on them!

I have been patronizing this location for more than 2 years and previously rated 5 stars. I've always had good experiences until tonight. I had already waited more than 15 minutes for chicken to be prepared.The young white woman that was preparing my food was trying to fit five pieces of chicken and two biscuits into a very small box. I simply asked her to please use a larger box so my chicken wouldn't be crushed, she opened the larger box and proceeded to toss my chicken violently into the box. I really can't understand why you hire people like this to work with the public. I will not return to this location while she is employed there.

Best bone in fried chicken, love the Cajun style mashed potatoes. The apple pies are the best at any fast food style restaurant.

This is a general review of Popeyes as a whole. I go there to ear chicken, not beef.... wtf, why you using beef tallow in your chicken? Here I thought I hadn't contributed to a cows death in 23 years....

I like Popeyes chicken, wings and tenders for the most part. I go there every now and then and I go to different Popeyes as well. I have been somewhat satisfied by their food up until tonight. This particular restaurant makes me want to avoid Popeyes altogether although it could just be this particular Popeyes on Stephanie & 215.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and 6 piece , "Louisiana Garlic" wings.
To keep it 💯 the wings were trash. The sauce was watered down. So watered down that it had no consistency whatsoever.
The video shows how much water they put in excess.
Also, there was no ranch sauce in the bag, I had to ask for more sauce.
No napkins or fork to eat the coleslaw I ordered.
Whoever runs this Popeyes needs to be removed and replaced and the mgr needs more cooking classes. It was that bad.
To say that they cut corners would be understated. They cut the whole corner off of each side to the point of it being round like a wheel.
That will be my last visit to that restaurant.

Showed up right on time that online order said would be ready. They asked me to pull around and wait for about 5 and a half minutes. WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES WITH NOBODY CHECKING IN... then they shorted me all FOUR orders of fries. WOW... and have the audacity to offer a $5 credit for all this??? I respect myself too much (way more than Popeyes does!) to keep coming back to this level of crap service.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich expecting some heat, but it wasn’t spicy at all. On top of that, the chicken was overcooked, making it dry and unappetizing. Overall, it was very disappointing and far from what I anticipated.

I used the mobile app when ordering to get a free 3 piece tenders with a $10 purchase. 2 spicy chicken sandwiches came up to 9.98, so my son and I had an order of "biscuits". When we went in to get the food we found out that Popeye skipped grammar class. An order of biscuits is one biscuit at Popeyes. I wish this were more clear in the app. Otherwise the food was as expected, hot, crispy fresh fried chicken.
