I took my disabled mother for lunch and to this establishment, and I wanted to say that The young lady named Vanity Was extremely helpful my mother who cannot see good she helped her every step of the way ordering what she wanted She was very patient and explaining the menu to herShe said she can only be there a few months, but she seems like she was doing an extremely well job. She was very considerate And that’s hard to come by these days great job

Went through the drive thru. Was told to park and wait for my food. After over 15 minutes of waiting I walked in and was given my food that had been sitting there. Food was cold and I was missing items. This is not the first bad experience I've had here.

I ordered two chicken breasts and I received two chicken thighs! Didn’t notice till I got home.
Call the manager and he said he would make it right to come back in however, I couldn’t go back at the time.

I placed an order through the app and the restaurant claimed they never received it. They told me I needed to contact customer service through the app but you can’t actually reach customer service through the app. The manager in the restaurant refused to help. Popeyes stole my money and there is nothing I can do to get it back.

Update: They responded like they always do to my comment to make sure it looks like they care, and still never refunded my money. I never received food or a compensation.

The surf and turf combo with fried shrimp and chicken fingers was yummy and flavorful - the crunch and signature spices were perfect! The large combo includes a biscuit and two sides, both of which I chose the mashed potatoes and gravy, which are so warm and comforting on a cool day. The shrimp was crisp and tasted good with the cocktail sauce. Chicken fingers were fresh and had a nice ratio of chicken to coating. The large sweet tea included was a good complement to the savory meal. I also tried the fish sandwich, which has the signature seasoning coating a flaky fish. I really enjoyed the fish sandwich and my husband said he would prefer more tartar sauce, so will ask next time. Service in the clean drive thru was friendly and efficient. The store is located next to a car wash, which is great for multitasking and convenience, off Stephanie.

The Popeyes at 60 N Stephanie is amazingly Blessed with great customer service, friendly associates, ambitious attitudes, positive energy and a clean restaurant. Huge shoutout to Yesica and Sincere team work makes the dream work
