Always stop at popeyes when I come to town. This time I ordered a 12 PC and I got 6 wings! It was supposed to be 3pcs of each. Who wants mostly wing???? Not what I ordered. Definitely not what I wanted.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Popeyes location. The chicken appeared and tasted as though it had been sitting out for quite some time and coleslaw taste horrible.

I can't believe I spent nearly $40 for these chicken. This experience was extremely disappointing.
I mistakenly thought my combo got a biscuit, but even though the fine print said otherwise, the staff still gave me one. I promised never to make that mistake again. Next time, I'm getting an ala carte one!! Great food, loved the music,
Dont go after 9:30pm expecting to get service in their lobby. Arrived at 9:30pm 6/18/25 and they had locked their doors even tho the sign showed lobby is open til 10 pm🤷🏻♂️
FOOD POISONING!, had a 14 box split spicy/original, with Cole slaw/ biscuits. two day ago, temps around 101.3, lethargic, vomiting, massive fountain flow diarrhea. I expect this from churches and Jollybees. With their old ass oil. But Popeyes too!! 😢. Since I was in the military I have always enjoyed Popeyes on post right after a PT run.. chicken cheese biscuit!. What made this food poisoning worse. I have torn tendons in my left ankle now everything is friggin swore, wife is taking work off to care for me…. FML @popeyes
After reading the reviews about this location, I decided to never eat here.
Absolutely HORRIFIC service. Ordered online and items ordered were completely WRONG on every single item. SERVICE on drive through is always terrible. You will always be told to “hold on” each and every time with waits of over 8+ mins before they can take ur order on the drive thru. Figured I’d order online-A MESS! Ordered a family meal of 20+ wings and specifically asked for classic- guess what they gave me - ALL SPICY. Asked for classic fried chicken- GOT 8 biscuits instead. Asked for garlic parm sauce on the side- got 20+ honey packs instead. NEVER AGAIN!!
Dietary restrictions: Asked for non spicy wings due to dietary restrictions- please expect these ignorant people to give u spicy food . They don’t know how to listen, read if u order online nor follow instructions

I can’t speak for the daytime staff but the night time staff seems completely incompetent. Wait times were ridiculous considering we were the only customers and they completely messed up the orders

I ordered online and gave it a few mins before picking it up. A guest arrives the same as me. She shows the cashier her phone, and she gives her the items. My pick-up was right behind the previous guest. The cashier walks away to wash her hands. She stands there for a minute and refuses to come back to the counter. I attempted to get her attention, and she told me to wait a min. She goes back to dry her hands and walks towards the counter. I informed her I'm here to pick up the 2 bags on the counter. I'm ignored. I also attempt to show her my phone she ignores me. The person on duty says she doesn't understand. However, she's taking orders at the register. She understood when the previous guest came for their pick up, and she understood the men that were waiting behind me. I was in the store about 7 mins. I asked for a refund since no one was able to assist me that understood, and that's when they walked over to hand me my items. The ice was melted, no sauce was given.

Expect to wait 20-30 mins no matter what you order , they don’t “greet” you. I don’t mean like saying “hello” , I mean you will stand there for 10 mins with no one saying anything to you. They service the drive thru first before they check on anyone in the inside. I’ve never seen anything like it, they serviced the wholleeeeeeeee drive thru line and never spoke to anyone in the lobby for 10 mins! It was at least 5-6 people in there, I truly blame management. I left the inside and went through the drive through in order to be serviced. I would’ve left but they make cancelling your order a headache and I preordered through the app. This is not the place to go on your lunch.

I was told they ran out of chicken when I tried to place an order in the drive through despite them still accepting pick up orders
7pm and they close the lobby so drive thru has a buncha people. This one in vegas sucks vs any other popeyes. Wish i could post a video right now of it been in line stuck for bout 10min so far cars barely moving
Service is always terrible here. Food is never ready-your always having to wait.
Parking: Getting into the shopping center itself is a nightmare.
