Ordered 2 spicy chicken breast, coleslaw, red beans and rice. Chicken appeared to be old and under cooked, coleslaw wasn’t edible nor was the red beans and rice all went into the trash.
This is not a regular popeyes! It is inside the mall food court! The photos are not correct, It is not a stand alone building. Took us half an hour to find it after placing a mobile order. Super annoying ?
I have had issues with their customer service in the past, so I stopped coming here for a while. Today, however, I decided to give it a go again and was immediately greeted by Amanda who gave me a lovely smile and engaging interaction. I ordered the blackened chicken tenders and they were juicy and perfect! I hope Amanda gets some recognition for her stand out performance!
