This is not a regular popeyes! It is inside the mall food court! The photos are not correct, It is not a stand alone building. Took us half an hour to find it after placing a mobile order. Super annoying ?
I have had issues with their customer service in the past, so I stopped coming here for a while. Today, however, I decided to give it a go again and was immediately greeted by Amanda who gave me a lovely smile and engaging interaction. I ordered the blackened chicken tenders and they were juicy and perfect! I hope Amanda gets some recognition for her stand out performance!
Customer Service was wack. My friend ordered the bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich. She got the sandwich with no bacon or cheese. When she went to the cashier to let them know, they gave her tiny paper bag with the bacon and cheese for her to assemble herself. At this point, she was going to let it go but then she noticed, her sandwich wasn’t even SPICY. They didn’t give her the spicy sauce. They told her sorry and that they got her order mixed with someone else and...
