On Super Bowl Sunday I placed an order here and it was supposed to be ready at 3 however when I went in there the assistant supervisor was very rude to me and did not have my order ready and refused to even start working on it Because she said she was busy with other orders even though I ordered the day before. I told her I had a Super Bowl party to attend and she said she would turn on the TV there but she was not going to start on my order. I called the next day to complain to a manager and someone took a message and the manager never called me back. Terrible customer service and the assistant manager ,some lady, was very rude.

Aaron and Shay had the best service took time and made our food with care. Really made me give port of subs the competitive advantage over competitors. They both have a great spirit to themselves and honestly deserve a thousand praises!! They made me want to sit and stay instead of just grabbing my food and leaving!!Hope they are here all the time !
