I've been eating the same sandwich from port since the 90s. It still tastes the same. People saying it's like subway are absolute psychopaths lol. If someone I know says they don't like port of subs I immediately know this person can't be trusted. Get a #8 on white. Turk and provolone. Mustard/mayo mix. Pickles, pepperoncinis, olives, lettuce, onion, salt pep oil vinegar oregano. Try it and tell me you don't wanna slap your grandma you lil bad thing you.

This place is a joke. A large sub has 6 slices of thinly sliced ham and turkey combined. The other stores definitely use way more meat. A 100 pound person might get full from anything they make here. Won't be going back even somewhere as corporate as subway gives you more food or at least an average amount. Cheeba hut for examples is way nicer inside and not like a jail cafeteria and uses way better quality food and portions plus an enjoyable dining experience. They are Always cutting onions here during business hours also and on 2 out of 3 visits my eyes burned here and the staff seemed to hate their lives and wanted to quit . Do better port of subs do better. Based on food sizes and horrible basic restaurants I'm assuming you pay your stafff very well since the profit on these tiny subs is way above average food cost profit. The $500 a month I used to spend here will not be going here again.

Very disappointed with the service we were provided today. We ordered 2 sandwiches but I will talk about our large pastrami and cheese sandwich. We had no idea they were very low on the pastrami so when he carried on slicing the meat for the sandwich and then placing it on the bread, my husband commented if we should double the meat since it looked like barely any was placed in there. I asked for more meat but they couldn't provide anymore pastrami because they didn't have anymore. It was around lunch time so how could they have run out of pastrami already? Back to the pastrami, if they knew it was low when preparing my "large" 12 inch sandwich they should have mentioned it and maybe I would have changed my protein. Instead they proceeded to make the sandwich and tell us that was enough protein for my large sandwich. I then said to go ahead and double the meat, we selected roast beef. I inquired with Bianca that I shouldn't have to pay the extra $3 for the meat but she carried on to say that they had enough pastrami to fulfill my large sandwich. My husband and I would have to disagree. I love sandwiches and port o subs but I won't be frequenting this location any longer because of the service that was provided to us.

This establishment is similar to Subway except for the fact that they shave the meat when you place your order. They have some very delicious gooey brownies, and extra large chocolate chip cookies and also oatmeal raisin. They offer you a choice of corner or middle piece brownie.

I ordered a 12" large sub. When I picked up my order, I asked if it was a 12" and was reassured it was. Upon coming home, it's not even close. Rip off.

I went here to get a pastrami sandwich. They said I could have the pastrami either sliced or shredded, which was pretty cool because a lot of sandwich places don't have that option. I prefer the shredded, so I ordered it. They asked if I wanted the sandwich toasted, so I said yes. I didn't know it was going to be pressed. It was still good, but if you don't want your sandwich pressed, you'd better let them know. The sandwich was good. The place was very clean..

I enjoy stopping in when I'm craving their yummy subs and mayo/mustard blend! Plus, the brownies are oh so good! This location is really consistent, clean and the food tastes fresh. Service is fast, friendly, and always helpful!

Neither of us finished the sandwiches and threw them away. The potato salad was terrible. What a waste of money and needed to get food elsewhere, as we feel a little ill. The people were nice, but the food was so so bad. The sandwiches were also barely wrapped in the bag. Will never be back. I haven't had port of subs in quite a while, but this experience insured I will never visit another one again.

First I have to say, not a fan of the hours or the dry bread. Closing at 8 when most people eat dinner between 5 and 6 baffles me. I only gave this establishment a third chance because Subway stopped serving pastrami for some odd reason! The first time I visited, a few months back there was a tall Black young man with a huge afro who greeted me as soon as I walked in! He continued a conversation and was very friendly! If it weren't for him my takeout experience would have been as dry as the bread! The next time I went back, he was no longer working there so I was stuck with the personality lacking "people under the stairs!" They didn't greet us when we walked in nor did they make us feel welcome! I couldn't tell the difference between if they were employees or hostages!! The young man kept giving us a stank face with every question about how we wanted our sandwiches prepared! And the young lady kept whispering like she was scared her captors would hear her!! If it weren't for the fact that I could see the young man, I damn sure wouldn't eat food prepared by an angry individual! It was really weird! My third and final strike was when I walked in, there was no greeting, again, and I even spoke first and still didn't get a response!! The guy behind the counter was wiping down and starting to clean30 minutes closing! He proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves he was cleaning and counting money with!!?! Really?!? Where is OSHA when you need them?! I didn't ask him to change his gloves, which was my mistake but I also felt like he should have known better! By this point I was so upset with this establishment that I just took my sandwich home, threw away the bread and just used the untouched pastrami on bread that I already had at home! Three strikes and I'm out!

Wow , @lolita h ,same thing happened to my sandwiches , the meat was sliced paper thin and came out to be all bread .happened back at the same time as @lolita h . I was flying out of state next morning and forgot about it till i read her post. Yes I bought two Large Classic #1 subs one for the trip but was very disappointed so i put them in the fridge and forgot about them. What a waste of time, gas and money. Hope the man who sliced the cold cuts got retrained because he's ruining your business.

I visited this location today. The service was good, but the sandwiches were not. If it weren't for the service I would've given this location 1 star. We basically had a bread, lettuce and pickle sandwich because there was very little meat on them. We could barely see the meat, and couldn't taste it at all. We had to trash them and go over to Jimmy John's. It was too late to return the sandwiches because by the time we got home Port of Subs was closing. I normally go to Port of Subs for my sandwiches because they normally put a good portion of meat on them. I guess because of inflation, there must be a shortage of meat at Port of Subs. I may try a different location in the future, but until then I will stick with Jimmy John's or Subway.
