This review could be purely based on the service. Now I'm not sure if I was being punked, or that was the genuine disposition of the two young men working tonight, but either way, it rocked. I've been going to Potbelly's in Chicago for about 15 years or more. Used to go to the original shop A LOT. Started up about the same time as Jimmy Johns. I've always preferred potbelly sandwiches.I highly recommend the turkey with provolone, add bacon. Simple. Rolled through the oven to become nice and crispy and hot, and then covered with lettuce and any other goodies you like. Food was ok - not prepared how I had ordered it, but still tasted fine.Staff were unfriendly during my encounter and looked like they hated working there.Location is also not ideal as it is not easy getting in and out of this area.
