Its a cookie cutter PTs location, totally lacking in any excitement, no beautiful bar staff, what happened, PTs was the best, the food a is Sysco economy class, no fun no excitement.

The assistant manager Pat starts the interaction as a walk in the door with the service animal and ask if my service animal is friendly. Before I know it there's an Unleashed poodle running around that literally lunges and attacks my dog, as I kick the dog away the owner comes up could care less what happened and Pat says nothing. Not only does he never take my drink but clearly that was his friend who he allows an Unleashed dog as a threat to any Patron especially those who have service animals in that facility when I notified Misty the next day she could care less. Here are the pictures to prove everything... of course after I complained to Pat he finally put the dog on a leash which you'll notice in the picture. I'll be notifying corporate tomorrow.

My wife is at the hospital in ICU. I needed a break from the cafeteria food and did not want to drive, walk far or run across a busy road. PT's Gold i right next door. My first vist 8 met a very friendly man in the very early A.M. behind the bar. I was kind of zoned out from lack of sleep and my situation but he helped me come out of my shell a bit. Engaged in some talk and showed me how these bar poker machines worked. Today I met Misty, I ordered a chicken sandwich with curly fries, perfect. Sat at my same bar stool and told her what a great guy I met bartender there the other night. She set me up with a player card and I played a few hands of poker while I ate. They have cool trays that hang on the edge of the bar so you can still play and still have room for your beer. That rocks. I had never been in on of these places because I thought of them as just a gaming/gambling lounge. It is so much more, check it out and see for yourself.

Recommend it for anybody who wants to hang out after work that kind of stuff at the bar That's what I experience so yeah had a good time with my friend had seen her in a long time so good food good everything

I frequently go to PTs in vegas its my favorite happy hour. My experience at this PTs was very very poor. I have never had an issue with getting my drinks comped while gambling i asked the bartender pasquale about why one of my drinks wasnt comped and he went to look up how much i spent. It wasnt a big deal but i ended up with nothing. I was with a friend and she felt we werent provided the service we deserve as well. We asked for plastic silverware instead of regular silverware and he questioned it as if we were in the wrong. I didnt even get all of my change back after i paid. Even though it was a very small amount its the principal behind it. Once again I love PTs I just will never go to this location again. Im actually calling corporate as soon as i hit send on this review thats how let down i was.

I’m a local been here multiple times bartenders are good but food sucks also. Gambling will rob you I’m a big video gambler and will throw money around it’s happened twice where the machine glitches out then they have to call someone to reset not on it’s embarrassing they rob me based on my last bet don’t come here they will take your money

Incredible wings! So tasty with a golden side of crispy, and tender tater tots. Panna italian spring water to wash it down. Followed by warm apple pie Ala mode vanilla ice cream with a caramel drizzle. DID I MENTION THIS IS A BAR?? PTS PUB was So ON Point today! Great food, great service especially from Zetta at the bar. Stellar experience! Would go again!!
