The salad was very good and was so was the cook (who delivered, provided the set up and was quite nice) but the bar service was not so much. I played $40 in the old bar top poker machine & was still charged $9 for 1 small beer. I was thinking the gamblers got free cocktails but I guess not at this location. I also paid $30 cash when I saw the charges. ($13 for food & $9 for the small beer) my receipt indicated I paid $25 and was giving change accordingly, Sorry, dude (Josh), you only got a $3 tip. I was planning on giving a $10 tip till I saw the bill and evaluated the lack of service. Whatever, last time at this location.

It has been a while since we have visited this location. We used to come here 2 to 3 times a week with great service. However, our first visit back has been a huge disappointment.When we walked in, we ordered our drinks at the bar and then sat in a booth nearby. I asked if the Sauv Blanc was from New Zealand, or California, and the response was, "I don't know, you are at a PTS... we don't have a lot of wine." I am definitely not a wine snob and know that I am at a local bar. I just don't care for California wines. We sat in the booth for quite a while before the bartender came over to take our food order. She wasn't "unfriendly," but definitely paid more attention to everyone that was gaming, and could care less about those just dining. Everyone at the bar seemed to be frequent customers. I'm guessing she figured that her tip wasn't going to be as good from somebody just ordering a pizza and a couple of beers versus the customers that were sitting at the bar gambling.The bartender spent a lot of the time on her phone texting and eating behind the bar while we were waiting for service.I worked for PTs for many years when I was in the service industry. It's disappointing at the level of customer service that we received from a company that used to pride themselves on customer service. I highly doubt we will come back or even recommend this location to anyone else.

The service here was horrible. There were two gentlemen working and about 5 customers. It took a while to get my order take but that was okay since I wasn't in a rush. But it was bad customer service. After I received my order it took some time trying to get their attention because they never gave me any silverware and I needed a knife. It appeared that at least two of the five customers were regulars and got the most attention. The food I got came hot but not all that great. The sweet potato fries were mostly burnt and I got a burger instead of the sliders I ordered. This was my first and only visit.

Came here to watch game four of the NHL finals, and very relaxing! The bartenders are quick, everybody was gambling and eating having a good time! Then I seen people walk to a door they went in and came back out realizing it wasn't the exit. So I asked is that the pattern they said yes, so I'm sitting out here and it's so nice! They have six tables and they have a fire pit with eight chairs around it and two TVs. If those wasn't so far from my house I'd come out here every time. If you're around St Rose parkway and eastern, stop in!

The service here is soooo boring the guys who work behind the bar and servers have zero personality. Been here a couple times and the guy with the chops side burns really doesn’t want to be working.. he is extremely passive aggressive and that bar is already empty every time i go there and it makes sense because those guys literally make you wanna run out of there and not spend your money there. They act like we don’t live in vegas, there’s a bar and competition on every corner. Pts in general have been really lacking in service in general.
Family came in from out of town and I chose this bar for us to meet at. The guy helping us was great he did his best with the huge party I brought….. why am I giving two stars? The girl with the black hair told me I couldn’t gamble at a particular machine bc she had a regular that would be rite back; mind you I didn’t have any money in the machine at the time..& when I explained that I didn’t have money in the machine and was ordering a beer she seem to get upset… she went and spoke to the guy behind the bar then came back to me and asked me if I was good? I immediately walked away. While thinking why is this girl being so rude I realized I went to school with this person almost 20 years ago and that’s what the attitude was about. I had my family members from KC here and refused to let her pull me out of character. When my mom wanted to gamble I took her to the farthest end of the bar… she put 20$ in and I put 10$ in my machine. I hit$70. I went to tip the guy and he basically refused my tip bc I asked him to comp my second beer….We left shortly after. Won’t be back. We ordered plenty food and left a great tip for the server. Lastly I will say the girl with the black hair was giving high fives and talking of her “melanin” with other patrons but we are the only blacks in the bar…sad.

Depends on the day or night you visit this place never consistent with the service here. Weekends are great ! Weekdays service is hit or miss. Took quite a long time to order food and drink. The waitress took my order and never came back to the table to get my friends order until she went to the bar to place order.Our order was not right after it arrived and no follow-up from waitress for anything except to pay. Bartender too busy talking in the corner of the bar to notice anything.We used to frequent this place years ago and it was great service, firepit on the patio is nice. Food is good. prices reasonable. Customer service improvement needed, at least during the week days.

If you are a person of color I guess they do not take your orders! Came in to deposit money into my William Hill account, thought I’d order food. No greeting, I asked for the menu and he is like “The kitchen closes” in 10 minutes I’m like that’s cool, I have time then it went to 5 minutes. Deposit money and leave, call the manager and he tells me it is open until 2 am, makes excuses for his racist employee.
