Always great. Had our back to school annual outing. About 25 of us showed up and they took great care of us. Snow cones are always great. Super selection. Ice cream too.

First visit here! Cute little place on Water St with so many flavors for your snow cone. Loved the salted caramel brownie ice cream.

Been a customer for years. We were excited to cone downtown and get some dessert.
But when we walked inside the store, we weren't greeted but we told by one of the staff: go outside and order
There were other customers inside the store, they weren't told to leave.
The girl at the outside window, seemed clueless.
The scoops I received, were smaller than usual
My wife's ice was not upto standard either. It was supposed to be light syrup, but syrup barely was on top 2 inches
This is not the norm. I can only surmise that it's Saturday and the staff were trying to close and be able to walk out right at closing time.
Sad thing is I wasn't the only one that noticed this drop in service but I spoke to at least 5 others, who all felt slighted as well.

Paid 21.00 dollars for snow cones which first of all is ridiculous. Then they were two different sizes when we ordered the same size and they had the audacity to not even put the cone on top of a snow cone. I’m sure the owners probably don’t care but why bother if you’re just gonna let people do whatever they want. Did not even bother to try to fix it.

This place was so so good like everything taste like cake and it’s like only 150 calories for a large sign me up it’s cheap to.

Hands down the best Snowcone I have ever had. The super sour sauce sets it off! I’ve been a regular customer for 10 years and I have never had a bad snow cone. Purple penguin has good people, good variety and good prices. And when you don’t feel like a snow cone, their Blue Bell shakes are the best.

Terrible customer service.

I was sooo excited to try this place out but they didn’t update their hours and they’ve been closed since December something. We drove from downtown!

Normally really nice and good place with good service. Today the girl was super rude and made us go outside but allowed others in. Was not thrilled about standing in the heat either which is why we were looking forward to a nice cool treat but ended up leaving.

Opens to late during the summer went about 10 am closed near or at 100 degrees by that time. Opens at Noon. Sorry at that time it's way to hot to leave the house
